巴拿馬成為國際物流中心之可行性研究

摘要

時至今日，全球化的經濟型態下，產業毋須緊守於原來的起源國家，而可以跨越國界，在鄰近地區或國家設有據點。現在也發展出新的物流營運趨勢，將產品以更快的速度呈現於客戶面前。

在本研究的文獻回顧部分，將會解釋新的物流營運趨勢，除此之外，也以巴拿馬共和國為案例，分析先前決定國家競爭力的相關文獻及在巴拿馬投資的可行性研究，並且根據先前的相關文獻，發展本文研究架構，探討巴拿馬是否準備好成為國際的物流中心。在研究方法部分，採取設計研究問卷並寄予瞭解巴拿馬現況的專家們，藉此找出此議題之優缺點，並針對缺點規劃出解決之方案。

Today’s economy is characterized by been Globalize, which means that industries don’t have to stay in their own countries of origins but now they can have their presence with their neighbors or countries in other continents. Now new trends in logistics are found and better ways to get the product to customers. In the literature review, new trends in logistics are explained and in this particular study, Panama is been study if it is ready to be used as an international distribution center, previews studies regarding determining country competitiveness and feasibility studies to invest in Panama are analyzed and based on this previews studies, a framework was develop for this study. A questionnaire was developed and sent to experts in Panama, with general knowledge on Panama’s current situations. Strengths and weaknesses were found. In addition, recommendations are formulated on what areas need to be improved.
