省力鋼剪之創新設計

Innovative Design of a Labor-Saving Cutter

摘要


近年來,許多學者在醫療及救援工作上,注入了許多心血,由於救援行動的時間緊迫性非常高,需要使用快速且方便的工具來達到所需要求,因此工具必須容易操作且能提供較大輸出力,但是,大部分現有的工具都需要用到電力來產生輸出力,如果能單純地使用機構放大力量的方法,就能夠提升救援及醫療工作的效率。 有鑒於此,在考量製造方便與成本因素下,本文將選擇連桿為研究主體,並對於六連桿肘節機構進行尺寸合成,利用六連桿具有雙肘節效應的優點,再對特定精確點與高機械利益下進行概略的分類與討論,合成的方法是以函數生成理論為基礎,簡化六連桿複雜的向量迴路,並以三個精確位置計算出所有可能的解答平面,透過電腦輔助快速地找出桿長尺寸,經由適當地參數改變以求更好的機構特性。 利用上述的方法針對現有的醫療用短鉗、螺栓剪鉗加以討論改良,善用拘束條件(Constraints),如:傳動角範圍、桿長比來選擇解答,並考量分配雙肘節個別的位置,提出改善的方法與方向,希望能將現有工具作更好的改良與設計,為省力工具注入啟發作用,使得好的工具能在黃金時間內達成任務。

Recently, a lot of researchers put efforts on the information of medical and rescue work. Since the time of rescue is very limited, it always requires a handy tool to perform work. However, most of the existing tools need electricity to generate the output power. If output power could be amplified by only using linkage mechanism, it is possible to enhance the efficiency of rescue and medical work. In the light of this, considering of ease of manufacture and cost factors, this paper will redesign linkage to the subject. In the meanwhile, using dimension generation to synthesize six-bar toggle mechanism, taking advantage of the six-bar linkage with a double toggle effect. And then, we would like to have discussion and classification of the specific precise point and high mechanical advantage. The synthesis method is based on function-generation theory, simplifying complex vector six-bar loop, then using three positions to generate a mapping of all possible solutions. At last, we could find out the range of travel of links through computer-aided quickly and varying the parameters to figure out better characteristics. With above method for the improvement and discussion of existing medical pliers and bolt cutters, Using constraints such as transmission angle, maximum and minimum link ratio to select the solution, and also consider the allocation of individual double toggle position. To show the proposed methods and the direction of improvement for better improvement of existing tools. Energizing the labor- saving tool, so it may finish the rescue mission in right time.
