This research analyzed the trade and foreign market opportunities induced by Global Warming in the case of exporting Taiwanese LED lighting technology to Bolivia. To obtain good resolves this research was divided in five chapters, first chapter is the Introduction, it contain the general objective and specific objectives on it. Second Chapter is Literature Review where it resumes the techniques and tools are going to support the study. Third Chapter is the Research Framework where shows overview about Taiwan, Bolivia, and also Light Emitting Diode (LED) overview. Chapter 4 is the Analysis and Outcomes, on this part studied the data obtain in the previous chapter. And on the last chapter present the conclusions than this study achieved, also it has some ideas about future work. Chapter 1 Introduction, it gives information about why we choose to make this research. It talks about the worldwide issue Global Warming that it affects to everybody and also introduces the concept of saving energy. Chapter 2 Literature Review, It gives the principal concepts relates to Market Research as the type of sources using to obtain Data, also presents models on International Trade, and the process to follow when there is a trade between two countries. Chapter 3 Research Framework presents Taiwan and Bolivia Information in general terms and also the economic indicators of both countries. Also it shows the development of LED worldwide, and the demand forecasting of LED Street light and the actions that Taiwan and Bolivia have taken about Global Warming. Chapter 4 Analysis and Outcomes, it studies the Bolivian Local market for Street lights, presents a information about the LED Street lights manufactures in Taiwan, as also the quotation the original price of LED Street light in Taiwan and the Price into the Bolivian Market considering the cost of shipment from Taiwan to Bolivia. And it makes a comparison between Traditional Street light and LED Street light. Last Chapter resumes the conclusions achieved with this research and also presents some ideas about future works and how Taiwan and Bolivia could increase their trade relationship.
