應用雷傳於龍門電廠汽機跳脫與負載棄載起動測試

摘要


本研究使用雷傳分析模式分析龍門電廠於100%功率,100%爐心流量下之”汽機跳脫”以及”負載棄載”起動測試。分析模式包括熱流控制體積與接節、控制系統、熱傳模式、安全系統、一維爐心中子動態模式以及功率熱傳計算等。龍門雷傳模式是以一條主蒸汽管路來模擬電廠實際的四條管路,其中所模擬之控制系統包含壓力控制系統、水位控制系統、飼水控制系統、爐內泵轉速控制系統四部分。 此外,也藉由靈敏度分析,研究汽機旁通流量、爐內泵回退速率,以及選擇性控制棒插棒之改變,對整個爐心暫態的影響。經過最後的結果得知,對爐頂壓力影響最大的是汽機旁通流量,而爐內泵回退速率以及選擇性控制棒插棒對爐頂壓力比較沒有顯著的影響。另外也確認分析結果是符合測試基準,顯示雷傳龍門電廠模式的一致性與可使用性。

This study used RETRAN analysis model to analyze turbine trip and load rejection of Taiwan Power Company Lungmen Nuclear Power Plant’s startup test at 100% power and 100% core flow. This analysis model includes thermal flow control volume and junctions, control system, heat hydraulic mode, safety system, one-dimensional core neutron dynamic mode and power heat hydraulic calculation. In Lungmen RETRAN mode, a main steam piping is simulated as four real lines of reality power plant. The simulated control system includes four parts: pressure control system, water level control system, feedwater control system, speed control system in reactor internal pumps. This study has two transient events, turbine trip and load rejection. The turbine trip event, above 40% power, triggers the fast open of the bypass valves. Upon the turbine trip, the turbine stop valves are closed. To minimize steam bypassed to the main condenser, recirculation flow is automatically runback and a SCRRI (selected control rod run in) is initiated to reduce reactor power. The load rejection causes the fast opening of the bypass valves. Steam bypass will sufficiently control the pressure, because the bypass capacity is 110% rated capacity. A SCRRI and RIP runback are initiated to reduce reactor power, to mitigate the steam bypassed to the condenser. Besides, this study analyzes the effects of whole core transience by the changing of turbine bypass flow, runback rate of RIPS and SCRRI with sensitivity analysis. The results show that turbine bypass flow effected dome pressure most. RIPS runback rate and SCRRI influence fewer. This study verifies is that analysis results are conforming test criteria. This demonstrates that Lungmen RETRAN model is consistency and availability. And the results also provide some things that have to pay attention to of the reality startup test for Lungmen in the future.
