摘要

當中國以低價的產品或商品席捲全球的時候，對於其他地方的製造商來說，唯一的辦法就是也搬到中國去；「任何一位稱職的執行長該決定的不是『要不要將生產產能搬到中國大陸』，而是要搬多少，以及多快搬過去。(1)」； 引述俄亥俄州立大學企管教授Oded Shenkar的話說：「如果你做的仍是勞力密集工作，現在就出走，而不是流血到死，東摳西摳勉強省下五%，那一點用都沒有。」

十多年過去了，很多企業再次碰到了失血難題，雖然：由美國次級房貸引發的金融風暴及中國國務院於2008年9月18日正式頒布【新勞動合同法實施條例】，對企業的獲利影響甚巨。但是在一胎化政策下即1979年後出生的小孩，比過去的小孩受到更多的溺愛，不論是出身在富裕或貧窮的家庭。這一代的流動民工與只想賺錢的上一代流動民工的觀念是截然不同，他們有學習的欲望及勇於維護自己的權益。當中國政府加強了經濟升級的決心，也開始重視企業的社會責任；且勞工的供應將持續地減少，員工素質的高低影響著公司的競爭力！如何打造高效能的團隊，建立「企業倫理」呈現出關鍵的地位。

When China engulfs the entire world by the low price product or the commodity, regarding other place's manufacturer, the only means is also moves to China;「Anyone were competent for the CEO would had decision was not 『settle your productivity to mainland China or not』，but the proportion, and the fast of your move.」 Quoted the Ohio State University business professor Oded Shenkar the words saying：「If you still make anything labor intensive, get out now rather than bleed to death. Shaving 5% here and there won't work.」

After a decade have passed by, many enterprises encountered benefit losses again，although : the financial storm caused by subprime loan of America and the『new work law of contract implementation rule』declared by the China State Council at September 18, 2008，which had tremendous influence on enterprise's profit. However, children born after 1979 under the one-child policy，received more spoiling loving compared to children of the past，no matter the families’ background were wealthy or the poor family. The concept in the mobile labor of this generation were differ from mobile labor of last generation, which took making money as the main issue. They have more desire of learning and dare to fight for their rights. When the Chinese government strengthened the determination of the economical upgrade, also starts to emphasis on enterprise's community responsibility；With the supply of labor is decreasing gradually, quality of employee influence greatly on companys’ competitiveness! How to make the team’s performance more efficient; the establishment of 「enterprise ethics」 presents the key to the status。
