晶圓代工業者在生產自動化作業整合之發展

摘要


滿足顧客真正需要的價值、服務及行動,是企業成功的關鍵要素,且會顯著地影響企業在產業中的競爭地位與競爭優勢。本論文的研究目的,是在探討發展晶圓代工業自動化生產系統,可能面臨到系統與作業流程整合的困難及挑戰,如何達成生產自動化作業整合的目標,所能帶給企業的效益。 本論文以A公司作為研究個案,以生產線人員的工作負荷及人員生產力的角度切入,藉由實際案例說明生產自動化作業整合的發展,並得到以下研究結論: 一、 本論文提出生產自動化作業整合方法,對於不同產業在評估及導入自動化生產系統時,提供系統性的建議及方法。 二、 發展生產自動化作業整合系統,必須克服自動化系統不穩定,加強自動化系統操作及自動化異常的相關訓練,以及訂定作業流程整合改善方案。 三、 自動化生產系統與作業流程整合,可以達到提高生產效率、提高人員生產力、提高產品品質、縮短生產週期(cycle time)、降低人為出錯率(MO)等目標,對於顧客而言,可以滿足顧客在改善作業方式、提高產品品質以及降低生產成本等顧客價值目標。

Satisfying customer’s value by dedicated services and actions are a key factor of business success that really affects company’s competitive advantage. This thesis focuses on the difficulties and challenges of integrating automation and operation process for the foundry, the way to achieve the operation integration, and the benefit when automation and operation process integration system successfully meet the setting goal. This thesis chooses A company as the research case and emphasizes the improvements on the operators’ workload and productivity at production line. The thesis draws on the study results for the following research conclusions: 1. This thesis has proposed a method for developing operation integration of production automation that helps offer systematic procedures and suggestions. 2. To develop operation integration of production process and automation system, we must solve the unstable problems from automation system, enhance operation skills, train the abilities for handling abnormalities, and conduct operation integration improvement projects. 3. The benefits of operation integration of production automation include enhancing production efficiency, people productivity and product quality, shortening cycle time and reducing manual mistake operation. Operation integration of production automation can reach customer value through improved operation procedure, enhanced product quality, and reduced production cost.
