製造銀膜的新方法

A new method for manufacturing silver layer

摘要


本篇論文在利用清大生技所譚世特教授所開發的技術來製造導電銀膜。為了進一步了解奈米材料,本實驗選擇三種銀鹽類來做比較;我們將奈米銀線塗抹在氧化鋁基板上,控制其兩種條件1、不同的銀鹽類2、薄膜的製作方式。 經電池組測試後燈泡會亮,及四點探針(4-Point Probe)量測到之低電阻值,皆證明本實驗室奈米銀線加熱處理之後所形成之銀膜,具有導電的特性。

This present study is to fabricate conductive silver thin layers with the technology developed by Dr. Tan affiliated with the Institute of Biotechnology, National Tsing Hua University. In order to further explore nanomaterials , three kinds of silver salt are selected for comparison. Nanowires are applied to Al2O3 substrate, and there are two control factors: 1.different kinds of silver salt,2.methods for fabricating thin layers. As a light bulb works by electric cells and a low amount of resistance is detected by a 4-Point Probe, it is further proved that silver thin layers made of heated silver nanowires can conduct electricity.
