產業合併中企業資源規劃系統之料號整合研究

A study of Material Code Integration in ERP systems for Industrial Consolidation

摘要


企業整併為目前產業界之趨勢,為求企業體之完整性、市場佔有率、產業互補性與供應鏈整合而進行之整併案例有成功達成企業體目的者,亦有失敗而造成母企業體虧損者。本研究分析其他企業合併時針對企業資源規劃系統的整合模式與做法,並輔以學理上之成功整合要素,藉由產業界合併之實例,進行三家公司企業資源規劃系統之料號整合,期望能強化論述與提供出一個值得為產業借鏡之案例。為了有效進行資料及資訊的整合管理、資源統整管理及創造公司營運績效提升,本研究有系統分階段進行以下步驟:前期合併前資料蒐集、新料號規範定義、資料建置、IT系統評估、資訊系統測試與系統正式導入使用等。 研究結果顯示,在進行企業資源規劃系統之料號整合及平台系統開發時,企業經營者所要作的第一件事,是檢視公司內部所有的相關作業流程,進行資源及資料蒐集分析、流程改造,本研究所呈現之成效諸如:提供企業合併後使用者可於同一平台進行料號申請查詢、建立一套統一的料號新編碼原則,包含料號有屬性及清單模式、集中資源、統一管理,增加企業效率提升、提升物料管控、集單效益及供應商管理、物料資訊公開透明,提供各生產廠區之物料互相支援、提供採購進行各物料於各廠區之價格比較及效益評估,降低採購成本等結果來提供國內產業合併時企業資源規劃系統之料號整合之參考依據。

Business merger, a trend in modern business world, an activity that can be defined as restructuring in which results in some reorganization with the aim to provide company’s structure integrity, greater market share, positive business growth and other merit such as supply chain integration; however, not all business merger conclude in positive results. This study focused on analyzing the process of relocating business resources and integrating system underlying merging activity. This study employed a real modern business merging of three companies as a case example to analyze the effect of material related integration. To provide efficiency in the management of data and source integration, and therefore result in the positive growth of the organization, the following sequences were proceeded: Early stage data collection, new material number’s naming rule definition, data base arrangement, IT system analysis evaluation, and system testing procedure and employment. The results revealed the benefits of unified management: providing one platform for material application and one material naming rule, and including attributes and data base format. The conclusion of the study indicated that the primary procedure for integrating ERP related material number and system integration is to review all the processes and related SOPs, analyze source data and reconstruct procedure process. The notion of unified management simplifies operations in logistic management and supplier management and therefore the organization operates more efficiently. Unified management solutions help enables faster, more efficient process by promoting collective order solution, tracking logistic related data accurately, providing various support in raw materials for manufactures sites, evaluating price competitiveness for purchasing and reducing cost in capital, operation and raw materials.
