摘要

本研究運用SCOR模型(Supply Chain Operation Model)建構半導體矽晶圓供應鏈作業流程分析之方法，依據產業特性調整供應鏈績效指標，提出以供應鏈角度決定供應鏈運作方案，提供相關企業使用SCOR模型及建立有效供應鏈管理之參考。
並說明建構個案公司供應鏈之實例作業流程，以關鍵績效指標決定供應鏈運作的方案，個案公司併購半導體晶圓廠後，變更目標供應鏈的作業路徑：原本出貨至日本區客戶的供應鏈流程路徑為臺灣、大陸及美國，變更後的路徑為臺灣、大陸或日本，觀察監控的供應鏈關鍵績效指標：可靠性、回應度及靈活度，於導入新方案後皆有成長。

This research is to develop a SCOR-based supply chain analysis for semiconductor silicon substrate manufacturers and define supply chain performance according to industries. Then decide operation plans established on the basis of company strategy.
Implementing SCOR model to a real-case, the company made the decision of process flow change for target supply chain. Process route for shipments to Japan customers was from Taiwan, China and U.S. Now it is from Taiwan to China or Japan and key performance of supply chain management including supply chain delivery reliability, responsiveness and agility improved.
