以群組技術建立車床加工之網路化電腦輔助製程規劃系統

摘要


車床加工的製程規劃大多依賴有經驗的工程師或主管,但由於考慮方向的差異,使得製程規劃的順序因人而異;然而工程師所累積的製程經驗,常隨著工程師離職而喪失;因此,若能透過資料庫來管理與協助整個產品的製程規劃資訊與流程,將可有效的保留相關設計知識。 本研究主要是以CAD軟體內建的瀏覽器,架構與開發一套具知識管理之車床加工的製程規劃引導流程與工時估算。好的製造程序不僅使加工順暢及節省成本,更重要的是加工效率的提升,為了讓使用者方便製程規劃,零件由一個素材到成型,首先利用群組技術的分類,循序漸進地引導設計者由2D圖建構成3D圖,再由此零件的特徵分類,將製程規劃完成,利用知識庫的協助,加入加工材料、工具機特性與切削刀具,應用資料庫方法與加工理論,以切削參數的輸入對製程做工時的準確估算;結合預估工時的功能,能讓製程人員規劃出最佳化製程,並藉由資料庫的回饋機制,達到製程規劃的效率化、最佳化及標準化。

The lathe process planning relies mostly on experienced engineer or supervisor. Due to the difference between individuals, the processes could have different outcomes. Furthermore, the accumulated experiences on the process would be lost if the engineer leave the company. Therefore, the best solution is to manage and assist the process with information from a database to retain the design knowledge effectively. The main objective of this research is to develop a smart management process which leads the procedure and estimate working hour based on a browser built in CAD software. Process planning is vital. Not only to achieve a smooth procedure or cost saving, but also to enhance the processing efficiency. To do so, before manufacturing a part, we classify the process by groups, and then instruct the designer to transform the 2D map to a 3D map step by step. Subsequently, end the process planning by part’s feature classification. With the help of our database, we enter the material, machine property, and cutting tool selection. Utilizing the database with theory, we are able to estimate the working time correspond to Cut of parameters. With this information, the user can optimize the process. Finally, the feedback of this database is able to assist us with process efficiency, optimization, and standardization.
