本論文提出溫度對於石英震盪器頻率的影響與分析,以石英晶體為主要材料,探討不同切割角度對於溫度的影響,主要目的是使產品於高溫環境下,能有效降低頻率偏差,並減少因高溫所造成不良狀況發生。 本論文主要的研究頻率晶片,在不同切割角度下進行分析,其中AT CUT的晶片中心切割角度雖然是38°13”(也就是R面的角度),但是因為電氣設計上的需求,所以切割時,我們需要將他轉一點點角度,也就是我們所謂的2°58”或3°00”,再以機台進行量測,建立兩種以上切割角度與溫度資料,以S&A 2200溫測機台測試比較,藉此達到最佳適合於高溫段晶片目的,透過此分析比較提高高溫段最佳晶片。
In this thesis, we propose a study on the analysis and influence of temperature on quartz oscillator frequency. We will take Quartz Crystal as the main material to discuss the temperature influenced by different angles. The purpose of this thesis is to let the products efficiently reduce frequency deviation and adverse conditions in the high temperature environment. The main study of this thesis is to use two frequencies of blank, 25MHz and 40MHz to analyze different cutting angle. Although the cutting angle of AT CUT blank is 38°13”, that’s R side angle, we need to tune the cutting angle to 2°58” or 3°00” because of the demand of electrical design. We choose three cutting angles with different frequencies to be tested by temperature-measured machine and get temperature data to compare and analyze and find out the optimum cutting angle of blank at high temperature range.
