本技術報告針對感應馬達轉速系統,提出使用電壓頻率控制(V/f)控制結合一種PID模糊速度控制器,有效達成馬達轉速控制,除了電腦模擬驗證所提出的方法可達良好的控制表現,亦用單晶片微電腦實現控制感應馬達。PID模糊速度控制器主要是Modified Ziegler-Nichols PID連接模糊控制器,電腦實驗的部分是採用MATLAB的Simulink與感應馬達來模擬單晶片控制馬達。本技術報告實驗所採用單晶片微電腦的控制器為Arduino。在電腦及單晶片微電腦實驗結果結果顯示,所提出的控制方法在無及有負載的操作情況下有相當良好的效果表現,並且在單晶片控制感應馬達操作之下也有相同的表現效果。
In this thesis, we propose a PID-Fuzzy logic controller for improving speed control of the voltage-frequency control (V/f control) -based induction motors. The proposed speed controller combines a modified Ziegler-Nichols PID, with fuzzy inferences. The proposed controller is also implemented using an Arduino microcomputer. Matlab/Simulink experimental show that the speed tracking of induction motors using the proposed controller can achieve satisfactory performance under cases with/or without load disturbances. Experimental results coincide with Matlab/Simulink experimental. This demonstrates that for low cost consideration, the microcontroller-based speed tracking of induction motors is viable.
