從品質管理觀點探討住宅裝修檢核表設計

摘要

隨著住宅室內設計產業的蓬勃發展，業者除了透過提供設計圖面、使用傳統溝通模式，處理實務所需之外，還會面對許多衍生課題，諸如:業者與客戶在設計、工程各方面，容易發生認知落差，又因缺乏完善的溝通、紀錄與查核的依據，致使裝修問題層出不窮。因此，如何建置一套有效率的檢核工具，已成為住宅室內設計品質管理亟待探討的課題。本研究為建立住宅室內設計裝修檢核表，先透過資料分析法與焦點團體法，找出住宅室內設計與裝修工程之各工作階段、項目與內容，輔以研究者之實務工作經驗，初擬住宅裝修檢核表再經專家深入訪談，審查初擬之住宅裝修檢核表內容後進行適當修正完成檢核表設計。此後再佐以實證操作，驗證檢核表應用於實際流程之適用性。主要研究成果包括：設計類檢核表計有現場勘查、需求溝通、平面圖規劃、工程圖規劃、材質確認與裝修歷程簡報等6個工作階段之檢核表；裝修工程類檢核表計有裝修關懷、工程前置作業、拆除工程、水電工程、空調工程、泥作工程、金屬工程、木作工程、照明工程、石材工程、玻璃工程、油漆工程、裝飾工程與清潔工程等14個工作階段之檢核表。

As the booming development of residential interior design indutry, the designers handle the demand in practice except through providing design drawings, tranditional mode of communication..etc., they must face many extra tasks such as operators and clients in each steage of design and decoration engineering, which often leaded to cognitive gap, meanwhile owing to the lack of proper communication and the basis on the recording and checking, there’re frequently decoration problems coming as follows. Therefore, it’s one urgent discussing task in residential interior design and quality control how to build a complete and efficient inspection tools. This study is mainly to establish the checking lists for residential interior decoration design, in the beginning through focus groups and data analysis method we distinguished each working stage, the items and more content for residential interior design and decoration engineering, and then supplemented by the practice of researchers work experience, we made the rough checking lists for residential renovation in the first time; and via expert in-depth interviews we reviewed the early proposed content of checking lists for residential renovation to make the appropriate amendments and accomplishment; finally with empirical operations we verified the applicability of the checking list in actual procedures. The results of research comprise: the establishment of the design class scene, demand for communication, planning and plan, plan drawings, materials and decoration confirm course presentations and six sessions of the checking list; decoration engineering for the project Lead, demolition hydropower engineering, air conditioning engineering, mud for engineering, metal works, carpentry works, lighting, stone works, glass works, painting works, decoration works, cleaning works and decoration care, fourteen sessions of the checking list.
