本論文以組織文化與員工滿意度關係的重要性,及管理者的因應策略為主題。今日各種組織在執行其策略時組織文化等因素佔了非常重要的影響力,尤其是組織文化之內涵分歧與複雜,常使管理者無法明確界定與認定其組織文化與員工間的關係;而採取可行適當的因應策略,此將直接或間接影響組織之績效。 因此本研究由相關文獻之探討,得以建構本研究之研究架構,由組織文化,對員工滿意度相關聯性,做為研究主軸。而本研究將組織文化分為支持型與官僚型兩種組織文化;在次文化方面分為部門別、職等別;在個人屬性方面則分為性別、年齡、年資等做為其因子並且與員工滿意度之間做實証分析,最後提出較妥善之建議供管理當局參考,進而促成組織推動的順利成功。 本研究以北區水資源局各部門為分析單位,共發出100分問卷,回收92份,經由因素分析與集群分析、T檢定、變異數分析等統計方法,歸納出重要的結論如后: 1. 組織文化類型對員工之滿意度有所差異 2. 支持型的組織文化對員工滿意度顯著優於官僚型的組織文化 3. 組織文化在不同的部門之間對員工的滿意度顯著差異。 4. 在不同個人屬性之間組織文化類型對員工滿意度之分析,在性別、年齡、年資並無顯著的差異 本研究提供了北區水資源局一個適當的組織文化類型,與區別該局何部門員工滿意度較高,同時肯定員工之滿意度高,未必有較高的工作績效等供該主管單位參考。
These research mainly studies on the relationship between organization cultural type and employee satisfaction. The research of corporate culture focus on the exploration of the relation of organization culture, organization commitment and organization performance. Today, the cultural of organization is very important to a company. Especially a company develops their strategy, the cultural of organization is a very important factor. this study will propose the implications and suggestions to the public corporations, which can help themselves to transform successfully and sustain the competitive advantage. After the literature review, we separates the organization cultural into two types: 「support cultural」、「bureaucracy cultural」; the subculture factors are department 、attribute; the personal factors are age、sexual、seniority. Therefore this study is discussed the relationship between organization cultural type and employee satisfaction. After 100 survey to the North Water Resources Bureau, 92 respondents were valid. By using factor, cluster and ANOVA analysis employee satisfaction. Besides, the best satisfaction will be created by support cultural .the conclusions are summarized as following: 1. The relationship between organization cultural types and employee satisfaction is significant. 2.The employee satisfaction of support cultural is better than bureaucracy cultural. 3.Different departments have different satisfaction. 4.Different personal factors (age、sexual、seniority) have insignificant influences on the employee satisfaction The research provides the North Water Resources Bureau a fit organization cultural, the satisfaction index of each department and in the conclusions we see high employee satisfaction not equal the employee have high work performance .
