在供應鏈的環境下，企業與企業間的資訊系統異質而且分散，整合是項很重要的議題。在本研究中以CORBA Event Service提供的Event Channel作為企業間之溝通管道，使用企業間公共流程（Public Process）及企業內私有流程（Private Process）各自獨立執行的方式整合企業間之資訊流程，並以XML作為企業間資料交換的格式，達成企業間資訊整合。
本研究以物件導向軟體工程發展工具UML為基礎，遵循Unified Process建構出資訊系統雛型，分別以Public Process Manager及Private Process Manager控制企業間資訊流程及企業內部的私有流程。系統實作方面，本研究以一家公司對兩家公司進行詢價及下訂單作業流程為例，以JAVA程式語言建構雛型系統，驗證本研究所提之理念。

Abstract

Under the supply chain environment, the information systems between enterprises are distributed and heterogeneous, so integration becomes an important issue, which is also the motivation of this study. In order to study the integration, this research utilizes the Event Channel provided by the Event Service in the CORBA as the communication channel between enterprises. Moreover, it uses Public Process and Private Process to model the information processes between and within enterprises, respectively. In addition, this study chooses the language XML as the common data format of information exchange between enterprises.
This study uses the object oriented software development tool UML and follows the Unified Process to develop a prototype information system. It develops Public Process Manager and Private Process Manager in order to manage the public and private processes, respectively. This research chooses the processes of request for quotation (RFG) and purchase order (PO) as examples, and uses the JAVA language to develop the system to prove the proposed concept.
