TFT/LCD產業因顧客對產品品質及交期的要求增加了產品設計的複雜度,且產業環境在全球化下競爭趨於激烈,讓企業生存環境已經面臨到以下幾項的變動:﹙1﹚大幅縮短的產品生命週期﹙2﹚日漸提昇的客製化(Design by customers)要求﹙3﹚製造本質的改變,使得產業分工越來越細。因此在提升產業競爭力的要求下,與企業夥伴在設計方面的協同合作也變得更加重要。協同產品設計提供了TFT/LCD產業在產品設計流程中與上、下游體系業者之互動模式,以解決與外部企業在協同設計與設計外包溝通上的問題。 本研究之目的在於建構從設計到展現的TFT/LCD產業協同產品設計模式,由於產品設計資料的傳遞非常複雜,為了完整表達此模式之資料傳遞方式並且使企業合作夥伴對此傳遞方式易於瞭解和認同,我們借用RosettaNet所訂定的標準來說明細部設計活動中資料傳遞之步驟。但建構協同產品設計必須從不同的觀點來描述該系統,以完整地涵蓋模式的不同層面,而不是只著墨於各別設計活動的資料層面探討。故,為能完整展現此模式必須從控制、功能、資料、組織等四個觀點來探討,並說明如何以RosettaNet所訂定資料傳遞步驟來轉換成ARIS的對模式的四個觀點敘述。本研究將以ARIS架構一個從產品之概念形成到生產階段時,所引導出協同設計與設計外包相關活動中,企業內部成員、供應商、客戶與策略夥伴所須提供的資料以及從設計流程的觀點說明如何觸發各協同設計活動中設計資料的傳遞,作為協同產品設計模式之參考依據。此參考模式能說明由不同設計活動所引發的資訊需求與活動之間的資料傳遞,並將模式中各流動資訊與設計活動加以整合,使設計相關資訊能快速回饋以利決策之作業。
Increasing product complexity, growing competition, emerging globalization, and strong customer focus force the TFT/LCD industry to reduce product life cycle, design by customers and extensively cooperate with customers and suppliers. Collaborative product design (CPD) has become increasingly important, since product design requires distributed, cross-functional, and cooperative product development. It principally describes the interactions with cooperation partners in product design process, and mainly deals the communication with extensively enterprises in collaborative design and outsourced design in TFT/LCD industry. The purpose of this research is to establish a TFT/LCD industry collaborative product design model from concept design to model expression. In order to establish a whole system model, we use RosettaNet's PIP standards (Partners Interface Process standards) to describe the steps of data transmissions in detail product design as a result of the complex of transmissions of product design information. It is easy to be understood by extensively enterprises and has a great identification with cooperation partners. However, we have to focus on different views to building up a CPD system in order to contain the whole system completely. We describe for views include control, function, data and organization to study a CPD system instead of viewing to data transmissions. So, ARIS is the appropriate tool to describe collaborative design and outsourced design activities from product concept development to production. Therefore, we can build up the CPD system to illustrate how to trigger the transmissions of design information in the view of design process, and show the data that design team members, suppliers, customers and cooperation partners have to support. The reference model can explain the request of information and data transmissions during design activities, and integrate the flow information and design activities that make design related information quick response to let decision-making more effectively.
