摘要 由於市場需求型態的轉變、產品生命週期的縮短與全球化競爭趨勢的衝擊下,速度成為影響競爭力的關鍵。許多企業為了確保競爭優勢,紛紛投入許多資源在供應鏈管理上,推動從原料到顧客之間流程界面的整合,以有效地掌控各個相關的環節,達到供應鏈最佳化的目的。然而,回顧過去文獻,發現探討供應鏈績效衡量的研究並不多,有鑑於此,為了尋求企業在供應鏈管理上的突破與成效的提升,建立一個完整適當的績效衡量系統,有其實質的必要性存在。透過績效衡量系統的評估,以有效地了解企業之供應鏈管理的績效狀況與對供應鏈管理之資源投入進行控管。 本研究藉由文獻收集與整理,針對企業執行供應鏈管理的績效,建構一個績效衡量系統,以筆記型電腦製造廠商為研究對象,採問卷調查的方式收集供應鏈管理資源投入與績效產出的相關資料,利用資料包絡分析法分析各家廠商之供應鏈管理績效的表現,並且探討造成廠商供應鏈管理無效率的原因,作為廠商進行供應鏈管理持績改善之方向和制定決策的參考,最後,根據廠商績效分析的結果,結合迴歸分析法及判別分析法,建立供應鏈管理績效評估模式。 關鍵詞:供應鏈管理、績效衡量系統、績效評估模式
Abstract Sharp competition in today’s global markets, the introduction of products with short life cycles, and the heightened expectations of customers have forced business enterprises to invest in and focus attention on their supply chains management. Despite the emphasis that supply chain management has recently received, inter-organizational supply chain performance measurement appears to be in its infancy. Little empirical data exist studying on the inter-organizational supply chain management performance measurement system. In order to realize the business enterprises’ state of their supply chain management performance, this research provides a supply chain management system design model based on the existing literature and the researcher’s perspective. This research provides and demonstrates the application of data envelopment analysis in evaluating the overall performances of notebook computer manufacturers. To collect supply chain management input and output data by questionnaires and data envelopment analysis is utilized to investigate supply chain management performance from various aspects. The results of this research can be used to improve the manufacturers’ supply chain management for such industry. Eventually, this research ended to build a performance evaluation model for supply chain management by combining the regression analysis and discriminate analysis according to the data envelopment analysis results.
