企業問題複雜度之探討及量化研究 --以DEMATEL為分析工具—

摘要


摘 要 二十一世紀為強調資訊及通訊的時代,同時企業的競爭也變得更多元化,而如何掌握最新的資訊及對問題做最正確的分析與決策,將成為各企業在競爭的時代中,掌握先機及講求效率上,所要面臨的重要課題。 在煩雜問題間,問題彼此可能有關連或互為因果關係,企業內某個問題現象的呈現,實際可能為其他問題或直接,或間接影響所致;國內對問題解決學的研究,大多著重因果分析及評估與決策步驟等,而對問題間的互動關連度較少有研究。在整體系統中,本研究將以量化分析做為探討問題間的關連度及簡化複雜度,而得到一個去除次要問題後的主要問題架構,藉以使企業經理人能在最短時間內得對主要問題,做出決定策略,並能對核心問題作最有效率的處理。 本研究是將問題的內涵以系統科學角度來探討問題複雜度的現象,問題的運作將影響複雜度的改變(問題重要性的改變),並將影響架構的改變(即改變對現象之影響力、影響度及方向),問題的複雜關實為非線性的關係,本研究共分五部份來探討: 一、問題綜論:含問題的特性、分類重要性及問題的形成與關係。 二、問題與複雜度:含問題對複雜度的影響及問題複雜度對問題現象的影響。 三、問題關連度的量化:以量化模式的分析(以網狀系統分析技術---DEMATEL法(決策實驗室分析法)為分析工具),找出主要問題及次要問題。 四、實證:對中科院供管組,採專家訪談的研究方法,找出共通性問題間的主要問題及次要問題。 五、結論:將問題間複雜度解構及量化後,可採用經由經驗累積的類似基模,作為主要及核心問題的問題處理模式。 在複雜關係中找潛在因子的方法有眾多,如因子分析、混沌理論及模糊因子或系統動力學及其他統計學等,本研究以DEMATEL法(決策實驗室分析法)為分析工具,可了解問題彼此間關連度,以期能找出主、次要問題,再配合定性法之基模作為企業解決問題的依據。

Abstract The twenty first century is the era, emphasizing information and communication as the competitions amit enterprise get more and more various, and how to possess the latest information as well as to make the most accurate solutions and decisions to the problems will become an important discussion for catching up with the current and requirements of efficiency when enterprise is being in the competitive generation. Among the difficult and complicated problems, the problems may be related or the relationships of results and causes to one another, and may have been led to the revealing of phenomenon of a certain problem in some enterprise by other problems or the direct or indirect influences. In Taiwan, most of the researches about the problem-solving theory notice in analysis of causes and results or the steps of making decisions, and there are fewer researches regarding the degrees of relations among problems. In the whole system in this present thesis, we will use analysis in quantity to explore the relative degrees of problems and to make the problems more simply so as to acquire a main problem structure without secondary problems to make managers of enterprise be able to make strategies of decisions to the main problems as soon as possible and to process the nuclear problems in the most efficient way. This study is to discuss the phenomenon for the degrees of how the problems are complicated deeply into the inside aspects of problems in the view of system technology. The operation of problems will affect the degree of how the problems are complicated (the change of how the problem is important), and will affect the structure (to put it differently, that is, to change the ability and degree of influencing the phenomenon and the way the phenomenon goes); actually, the complex relationships among problems are not linear ones. Therefore, this research will be divided into five parts to discuss them: 1. Introduction: The background of the discussing problems includes the characteristics of problems, the importance of classification, and the forming and relationships of problems. 2. Problems and Degree of Complexity: Including the influence of problems affecting on the degree of complexity, the degree of complexity of problems making impact on the phenomenon of problems, the basis of complex problems, etc. 3. Expression of Quantification of Degree of Correlation: Utilize the analysis of quantification mold (applying the analysis technology of net-form system---DEMATEL(DECISION MAKING TRIAL AND EVALUATION LABORATORY) as the tool of analyzing) to find out main problems as well as secondary ones. 4. Procedures and Results: Use the method of interviewing respondents, who are researchers on CHUNG—SHAN INSTITUTE of SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY---Procedure Material Management Section, so as to find out the main and secondary problems among the same features of them. 5. Conclusion: After solving the degree of complexity of problems and quantifying, we can use the similar schema by the addition of experience to act as the processing mold of main and nuclear problems. There are many ways to find invisible factors from complex relationships, such as factor analysis, fuzzy factor, chaos theory, system dynamics, the other statistics and so on. This study applies DEMATEL (DECISION MAKING TRIAL AND EVALUATION LABORATORY) as the tool of analyzing to realize the degree of relationships amid problems in order to find out where main and secondary problems are and go with the basic form of schema as the accordance of solving problems of enterprise.
