海芙蓉精油成分之萃取與鑑定

摘 要 海芙蓉6.),學名Crossostephium chinense (L.)Makino,屬於菊科(Compositae)植物,又名蘄艾3.),芙蓉菊,千年艾,海芙蓉等。將採集於宜蘭之海芙蓉經清洗、風乾、攪碎後行水蒸氣蒸餾,再經溶劑萃取、鹼處理與濃縮等步驟,得其深褐色的中性精油。 海芙蓉中性精油經由液相色層分析粗分,分成碳氫化合物與含氧化合物兩大部分,分別測其GC(氣相色層分析)及GC/MS(氣相色層質譜分析)後並測其FT-IR(傅立葉轉換紅外光譜儀)、NMR(核磁共振光譜儀)、DEPT(Distortionless Enhancement by Polarization Transfer)等光譜,在碳氫化合物中確認了α-Copaene,γ-Cadinene,trans-β-farnesene, Limonene, 2,4(8)-p-Methadiene,d-Elemene,b-Caryophyllene,3-Carene,Camphene,g-Muurolene等成分,而在含氧化合物中確認了 1,8 -Cineole,Driminol,3-p-menthen-9-ol,α-Cadinol等十四個成分,皆為首次自海芙蓉葉部及莖部中性精油得到的化合物。

Abstract The essential oil was obtained From the leaves and rhizomes of Crossostephium chinense(L.)Makino by steam distillation and solvent extraction. It was treated with base to remove the acidic compounds. The neutral oil was isolated and purified by column chromatography. Thirteen compounds which were identified by comparison of GC retention times, IR, GC/MS and NMR,DEPT spectrum were compounds 1, 8-Cineole, 3-p-Menthen-9-ol, trans-β-farnesene, Limonene, β-Caryophyllene, 3-Carene, a-Copaene, γ-Cadinene, d-Elemene, α-Cadinol, γ-Muurolene, Camphene, 2,4(8)-p-Menthadiene, Drimenol.
