以協商為基礎之多階生產管制系統

摘要


摘 要 供應鏈中之製造系統規模日益複雜,其中,分散式環境下之生產排程尤具挑戰性,如何在有限時間內對生產資源作最適之分配,以遵成企業經營的目標,遂成為相當重要的研究議題。本研究提出以代理人為基礎之製造系統,以協商決策函式(Negotiation Decision Function)為基礎,架構一多階生產管制系統模型。本研究以Java語言及Swarm模擬平台,實作此一多階生產管制系統模擬模型。本研究進一步探討動態流程型生產系統,以加工機與工件不同的立場觀察所擬出模型之績效表現。以田口品質工程進行實驗設計,找出最佳參數組合(亦即系統參數與協商模式)。本研究並發展與實作多種通用之生產排程法則,探討其於分散式與中央式架構下之績效表現,分析兩者之績效指標有差異的原因。最後,針對生產系統之特性開發「使用率相依戰術」及「動態權重修正技術」之協商戰術,應用於多階生產排程。實驗證明,本研究所發展之協商排程模型與戰術可有效達成多接生產排程作業,此一模型並可應用於分散式環境下,供應鏈之整合性生產作業。 關鍵詞:協商式生產排程(Negotiation-Based Scheduling)、協商決策函(Negotiation Decision Function)、協商戰術(Negotiation Tactic)。

Abstract The scope of manufacture system in supply chain is complicated day by day, and the scheduling of production on distribution environment is particularly challenging. How act as the most right distribution to the resources of production within limited time, in order to reach the goal that enterprises management, then become quite important research topic. The purpose of this thesis is thus to propose one manufacture system that is based on agent, and structure one model of multi-layer production system by using negotiation decision function. It is constructed by using Java language and Swarm simulation platform. After that, the purpose of this thesis further discussion dynamic procedure type production system, to observe the performance of Machines and Jobs. By using the Taguchi Quality Engineer method to implement design of the experiments, and the purpose is to find out the best combinations of the parameter, in other words, to find out the parameters of system and the negotiation module. This thesis develops and implements many kinds of common use production scheduling rule, for probe into its performance under distribution type and centralize type structure, and analyze the reason with the difference of performance index of the two. Finally, develop 'the dependent tactics of rate of utilization ' and negotiation tactics that 'the dynamic weight revise technology' to the characteristic of the production system, and then, apply it to multi-process production scheduling system. It’s proved that the developed negotiation scheduling model can deal with multi-process production scheduling effectively by experiments, this model can be applied to the distribution type environments, and also the integration type of production system of the supply chain.
