探討金融市場提供者軟體設計及維護知識管理之知識地圖

摘要


在金融資本市場之集中交易市場,以電腦系統和軟體做為基礎,提供線上即時交易之服務為主要的營運項目,在企業營運提供交易服務期間,不僅要保證系統要正常運作,更重要的是當系統出現突發異常狀況時,能夠快速恢復原貌,否則可能導致交易市場內交易人的損失,及影響整個市場的動態,連帶會影響到企業的信譽及形象。若只單純把相關的知識集中儲存,但尋找相關之資訊或知識的過程是困難的,且其結果都令人不滿意,則知識無法發揮其效用,故建立適當的知識地圖,可用以輔助軟體維護或設計人員找到所需要的知識。 本研究為探討金融市場提供者之軟體維護所需要的知識項目、軟體維護及設計人員共同的知識搜尋方式、和軟體設計及維護的知識管理之知識地圖,首先整理分析相關文獻後建立理論性架構,再經由個案訪談瞭解實務現況後,歸納分析而進一步設計問卷,以及修正理論性架構而建立觀念性架構,並透過問卷調查與統計分析,檢驗其研究結果之一致。 茲將研究結論歸納,軟體維護所需要的知識項目為實務執行知識及軟體系統知識最為重要,且知識的記錄應涵蓋多類型的特徵描述,讓各不同階層人員可依不同的特徵關鍵值搜尋知識,而對於知識地圖則以軟體架構邏輯為搜尋模式及以大家熟悉的靜態邏輯為架構,可推論較注重已熟知、可透過教育訓練學習、且較有固定邏輯性的架構,對軟體設計及維護而言,完整的軟體架構最有共通性及邏輯性,故以此做為邏輯架構,除此之外,為配合不同類型的搜尋者,可再選擇搭配採用其它的搜尋機制,讓搜尋知識的方式更有效率。

In the financial capital market, the centralized exchange market utilizes computer system and software to provide online real-time exchange services, during which the normal functioning of the system shall be guaranteed. Most importantly, the ability to recover normal function promptly in case of emergency, or else, it may cause damages to traders and the entire market, and even the corporate image and reputation. The simple process of centralizing related knowledge indeed adds little or credit to the search for related information, and produces no satisfactory search results and on use of knowledge. Therefore, establishing an appropriate knowledge map can be useful to software maintenance and design specialists in search for related knowledge. This study investigates the knowledge items necessary to software maintenance of financial market exchange service providers, the knowledge search method adopted by software maintenance and design specialists, and the knowledge map used for knowledge management in software design and maintenance. This study first conducts literature review and establishes the theoretic structure, then designs the questionnaire after interviews with subjects. The theoretic structure is modified to construct a conceptual structure, and verifies it against the research results through survey and statistical analysis. The results show that the most important knowledge items to software maintenance are execution knowledge and software system knowledge. Also, the recording of knowledge is expected to cover a variety of characteristic description, so that users of different fields can search for knowledge with their own keywords. As for the knowledge map, the common search method is software structure logic and static logic to deduce known, learnable, and fixed logic structure. For software design and maintenance, complete software structure has the best commonality and logic, thus is suitable for logic structure. Moreover, to accommodate users of different fields, additional search methods could be used to make the search method more effective.
