企業推動「專業公益服務」之研究—資訊部門與業務部門的意向分析

摘要


近年來台灣參與志願服務的人口呈逐漸增高之趨勢,在過去的社會極度貧窮且生活水平也極低,所以產生許多的社會問題,因此志願機構主要以慈善救濟及救濟為主。但隨著社會不斷進步生活水平的提升,人們不再是金錢或勞力的義工而滿足。所以本論文主要探討的是專業服務,以其本身的專業知識來服務社會大眾;透過這種具有意義的義工工作,在公餘時間運用個人的專業知識去幫助有需要的人,充分發揮其專業技能的用途及造福社會。 本文並且以資訊部門與業務部門作比較,探討其兩者之間在參與意向是否因其業務性質不同而有不同的差異。本研究主要透過問卷調查,探索資訊部門與業務部門在推動「專業服務」之意向;以供國內企業參考。本論文的主要研究架構以「外在壓抑因素」、「外在激勵因素」、「內在抗拒因素」「內在參與意願」四種不同內外因素來探討資訊部門與業務部門這兩部門在參與專業服務的參加的意向。 透過T-TEST檢定分析結果並未發現兩部門有明顯的差異,但是由描述性統計來分析發現業務部門的員工在參與的程度上比資訊部門的員工顯得積極。這可能是因為業務的性質的不同而有所不同;因為業務部門的業務主要是對外而資訊部門則是對內。

The population who participates in voluntary service in Taiwan presents the trend of increasing gradually in recent years, it is extremely low in the past social extreme poverty and living standard, so it result a lot of social concerns problem, so the wish organization relies mainly on the fact that relieve and relieve charitably mainly. But with the improvement of the progressive living standard constantly of the society, people are no longer in voluntary labour of money can not satisfied . So what a thesis is probed into mainly is professional service, serve the people with its one's own professional knowledge ; Work through such voluntary labour with meaning, use the personal professional knowledge to help those who need help in the time after work, fully worthy of waving the use of its professional technical ability and benefitting the society. This paper and comparing with business segments and information department, probing into between its two departments and participating in there are different differences because its business nature is different in the purpose. This research explores through questionnaire investigation mainly that the information department and business segments are promoting the purpose of ' the professional service '; For domestic enterprise's reference. The main research structure of this thesis is by inhibits the factor externallying , ' encourage the factor externally ', ' resist by factor "last will ' probe into with factor not internal and external there aren't information the departments and business segments these two departments coming four kinds Turn towards. Have not found that two departments have obvious differences through T-TEST assays the analysis result, but analysed that find that the staff of the business segments seem more positive than that of the staff of the information department on the degree participated in by describing statistics. This may be different to some extent because nature of the business is different; Because the business of the business segments is mainly that the information department is internal externally.
