程式碼基模生成訓練對學習程式設計的影響

摘要


本研究為延續2004年“程式碼基模生成實驗”,目的在於確認“表現判定法”確實可以準確的給學習者適合的基模數,以及評估學習者使用CSD(Code-Schema Development)系統時,信心的變化狀況。 研究方法為:我們將所有的學習者分為實驗組與對照組,實驗組使用CSD系統,以上機的方式,對中原大學資工系一年級40名學生,進行程式碼基模生成訓練。訓練內容包括:迴圈、陣列、串列的程式訓練,而對照組為沒使用系統的46名學生。 主要結果如下: 1. “表現判定法”在第5週時,達到穩定狀況,表示這個方法,可以準確的給學習者適合的基模數。 2. 學習者使用CSD系統,有45%的人信心增加。 3. 學習者使用CSD系統,有45% 的人興趣增加。 本研究結果顯示:使用CSD系統,對於學習者學習寫程式的信心與興趣,有明顯的幫助。

The paper is a continuation of a previous thesis entitled “Computing the Number of Schemata to Use in a Code-Schema Development Experiment” .The purpose of this study was to confirm that our “performance criterion” can be used to adjust the number of schemata. We also analyzed the learner’s confidence in using CSD (Code-Schema Development). The purposive sampling method was as follows. We separated all learners into two groups - the experimental group and the control group. The control group consisted of 40 freshmen of CYCU ICE . They used CSD in developing code schemas, which included loop , array, linked list programs. The experimental group consisted of 46 freshmen of CYCU ICE . They only participated in tests concerning their projects. The major findings were summarized as follows : 1.The “performance criterion” can indeed be used satisfactorily in adjusting the number of schemas. 2. Learners who used CSD can indeed increase their confidence (45%). 3. Learners who used CSD can indeed increase their interest (45%). The main conclusion was that the use of CSD can indeed help the learners improve their confidence and interest in programming.
