以「永續發展」為導向的老舊學生宿舍環境改造策略研究 －以中原大學力行宿舍為例

摘要

摘 要

永續發展是當前世界的重要趨勢，身為永續思潮下之空間營造設計者，以永續發展為導向的環境改造是空間設計領域者的重要責任與使命。
本研究是一份以國內「九大評估指標系統」作為老舊學生宿舍改造參考因子；以文獻分析、比較與實地觀察、訪談作為了解宿舍規劃內容與老舊建築改造手段；以力行宿舍作為實證設計，檢視現有使用問題所提出的設計論文。研究結果共計五項：
1.中介空間與週遭環境改造計畫規劃要
點。
2.老舊學生宿舍機能改造計畫規劃要點。
3.老舊學生宿舍典型居室改造計畫規劃要點。
4.老舊學生宿舍立面改造計畫規劃要點。
5.老舊學生宿舍設備更新計畫規劃要點。

由於時間因素，本研究未對各類型老舊建物做系統性探討，後續研究建議如下：
1.建立老舊建築分類資料，作為老舊建築物改造策略之研
究基礎。
2.老舊住宿類建築之再造利用，應在同一架構下操作，繼
續累積研究經驗。

以永續發展為考量的環境改造策略，不應只是空間與環境層面的探討；使用者的生活模式、生活價值觀與共同參與環境改造、維護，在未來的永續發展宣導與教育是必需的。

Abstract

Sustainable development is one of the most important global trends nowadays. As a spatial designer, we should be aware that sustainability-oriented environmental remodeling is our duty and mission.
This study considers "Taiwan Green Building Assessment System" as a key reference for the remodeling of old dormitories. The methods used in this study are analyses and comparisons on literatures, field investigations, interviews on dormitory’s users. Furthermore, this study aims at finding out the practical planning problems, therefore it is a thesis based on design. The results of this study are as follows:

1.Planning principals on in-between space and
surrounding environment.
2.Planning principals on the rearrangement of the
functions of old dormitories.
3.Planning principals on the renewal of the
bedrooms in old dormitories.
4.Planning principals on the redesign of the
Façade of old dormitories.
5.Planning principals on the renewal of the
facilities in old dormitories.

For the shortage of time, this study can not dealing with the systematic investigations on all old building types. Suggestions for subsequent studies are as follows:

1.To establish the categorized data on different
old building types to set up a research-
foundation of remodeling old buildings.
2.Studies on the remodeling of old dormitories
should be operated under the same frame work,
in order to accumulate research results.

Sustainability-oriented spatial remodeling should not merely consider the aspects of space and environment. Users’ life styles, their viewpoints of surrounding environment and participation are the essential parts of civil education towards a sustainable future.
