摘 要 汽車產業是火車頭工業,可帶動相關產業之發展,由於台灣市場規模小,所以近幾年來汽車產業逐漸前往汽車銷售量大幅成長的中國大陸設廠。 大陸汽車市場因國民經濟持續快速發展,人民收入和消費水準不斷提高,對汽車商品的消費能力日趨增強,大陸也改善汽車消費環境,鼓勵居民購買汽車,國際汽車大廠悉數進入大陸,帶來了先進技術和經營理念,也逐漸在大陸設立研發中心,綜觀未來大陸汽車市場將有許多新的機會與挑戰,值此時機以台灣外銷、品質及管理等優良經驗推廣至大陸,是台商專屬且獨特於眾多外資企業的利基。 本研究是透過以問卷調查方式來進行實證分析,以及利用汽車中心廠內部資料來驗證的方式,進行比較兩岸汽車產業供應商之供應績效。獲得以下研究結論: 1.台灣供應商在品質方面比大陸優異。 2.群聚效應可提升交期、成本及服務績效。 3.台灣及大陸供應商通過國際品質認證項數較多者,其品質績效較高。 4.供應商外銷比例較高者,其品質及成本績效較高。 (1)台灣供應商部分驗證結果有此趨勢 (2)大陸供應商由於品質觀念、商業道德、經營管理及國際化能力方面,都與先進國家有相當差距,大部分外銷低層次不大需注重品質及價格較低的產品,所以大陸供應商外銷比例與品質及成本績效沒有明顯差異。 5.台灣及大陸供應商品質績效較好者,其成本績效較高。 6.台灣及大陸供應商製造類別中鈑金沖壓的品質績效最低。 本研究之結果雖然有些是業界所能預知的,但是仍有許多部分是經由本研究所挖掘出來的,因而,本研究不但在學術上有其價值,更能提供給企業界重要的參考。
Abstract Auto industry is a chief industry, which could push forward the development of related industries. Due to the market scope of Taiwan is not large enough, auto industry gradually move to China with substantially growing sales volume to set up factories. China market has more powerful consuming capability for vehicle commodities owing to economics increasing rapidly and the income and consuming standard raised higher and higher. China has also improved the consuming environment of vehicle and encouraged people to purchase vehicles. International car companies enter into China and bring advanced technology and management concept and progressively set up research center. Taking an overall view for China auto market will have many new opportunities and challenges, and it’s an excellent opportunity for Taiwanese businessman to popularize Taiwanese experience of export, quality, and management to China. This research proceeds real evidence analysis through questionary survey and use the method of internal auto plant data and information to proceed the comparison of supply effects of auto industry between Taiwan and China. To acquire the below research result: 1. The quality of Taiwanese supplier is more superior to that in China. 2. Cluster effect could raise the effectiveness of delivery, cost, and service. 3. Suppliers in Taiwan and China, which have passed more items of international quality certificate, its quality effectiveness is higher. 4. The supplier, which has higher export portion, its effectiveness of quality and cost is higher. (1) The test result of part of the Taiwanese supplier has this trend. (2) Chinese supplier has quite a big gap compared with advanced country in respect of quality concept, commercial morality, control management, and international capability. The most portion of low-level export product which price and quality are lower. So the export portion of Chinese supplier has no significant difference from quality and cost effectiveness. 5. Suppliers in Taiwan and China, which has better quality effectiveness, has higher cost effectiveness. 6. Between supplier manufacturing categories in Taiwan and China, the quality of stamping part is lowest. Some results of this research could be predicted by auto industry, but a lot of portion is contributed by this research, consequently, this research no only has it’s value on academic achievement but also could provide auto industry as an important reference.
