粗略產能規劃於製鞋產業之運用

摘要


企業在進行訂單管理作業時,可應用粗略產能規劃 (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, RCCP),以達到快速回應客戶需求的目的。在許多產能規劃相關的研究或軟體應用,大多是以電子產業及高科技產業作為研究發展的對象。由於製鞋產業是典型勞力密集的傳統產業,所以粗略產能規劃於製鞋產業上的研究及應用,並不像電子產業或高科技產業普遍。然而在競爭激烈的環境下,不論是客戶對訂單允諾的時程壓縮,或是對訂單準交率的嚴格要求,都使企業在訂單允諾作業中面臨了很大的挑戰,製鞋產業亦不例外。尤其為因應鞋業市場求新、求變的需求,客戶的訂單已由過去的多量少樣,轉變為少量多樣的型態,因此更增加了製鞋產業在訂單允諾作業時的挑戰。 本研究針對原廠委託設計(Original Design Manufactures, ODM)之製鞋產業發展一以粗略產能規劃為基礎的訂單規劃決策支援系統。系統在進行訂單允諾的相關限制篩選後,即以粗略產能規劃進行瓶頸設備的產能負荷評估。基於無限產能的假設,由訂單交期日回推求得瓶頸設備之訂單需求堆疊時間點。藉由瓶頸設備之產能限制,What-If分析可以提供使用者較合理的交期,並平衡設備產能利用率。此系統已成功導入,並且提昇了導入單位進行訂單允諾作業的速度及準確度,故此訂單規劃決策支援系統可助益製鞋產業在進行訂單允諾作業時,達到快速回應客戶需求的目標。

Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) is important to order management for the quick response to customer demands. Footwear manufacturing is a typical traditional industry that is labor-intensive. The application of RCCP in this industry is not as popular as in electronics and high-tech industries. As a result, footwear manufacturing industry is facing challenges in order promise, especially when the customer orders are of small volume and high variety. This research proposes a RCCP-based order promising mechanism for footwear manufacturing industry with Original Design Manufactures (ODM) capability. Assuming infinite equipment capacity, this mechanism accumulates the required capacity of customer orders at bottleneck equipment backward from order due dates to different time slots. By showing the expected bottleneck capacity constraints, what-if analysis can be conducted to adjust equipment capacity or identify feasible due date. The proposed approach has been successfully implemented to improve the order promising speed and accuracy, so quick response to customer demands can be realized in footwear manufacturing industry.
