本研究以國內彩色濾光片廠供應鏈作業流程中,其主要材料供應變動因素與改善成效為其探討與研究方向,參考相關的文獻及產業相關實務與研究後,運用限制理論(TOC)中的循環思考分析主要問題點,並找出主要根本問題。 經過整體觀念的修正與上下游資訊整合,並期望增加一些工具使用等方法,再依庫存週轉率的績效評估方法來控制其供應鏈上的整體庫存,以預期能降低庫存的材料成本來達成其相對利潤的增加。最後利用案例公司的主要材料庫存管理,以其實際庫存週轉率的資料,驗証本研究的應用。 運用本研究觀念從事供應鏈的管理,可獲得下列成果: 1.有效掌握廠商的庫存資訊,以提早處理,預防呆滯降低或能進行及時供應作業。 2.降低主要材料的庫存數量,減少資金的積壓,增加其週轉率。 3.縮短供應時間以及快速回饋,降低變動幅度以及無效作業的成本。 4.資訊透明化可供決策單位進行有效的效益分析。
This research studied the variation and improvement of the key material supply in the color filter industry. We tried to use TOC (Theory of Constraints) theorem to find and analyze the root cause after studying some related references and real cases. The stock of the key material could be controlled in the supply chain by adjusting the whole concept, combining upstream and downstream information, adding some tools and using the KPI (Key Performance Index) of inventory turn-over rate. It is expected to lower material cost in the stock and increase the benefit. In the end of this research, this study was applied to the stock management of key material and actual inventory turnover in the real case. The following conclusion could be reached by adopting the key point of this research. 1. Fully control the vendor’s stock to supply just in time and avoid slow moving issue. 2. Lower the stock of key material to increase the inventory turnover and capital movement. 3. Shorten lead-time and feedback period to reduce the range of variation and inefficient working cost. 4. Information transparency can help policymaker with efficient benefit analysis.
