Using the field data, this paper examines the direct effects of human capital and dispatching on the employee’s non-financial performance. The result shows that the education level of employee has a positive effect on the yield rate. The experience of the employee can increase the yield rate and reduce the cycle time and inventory level. The position of the employee has a negative effect on the cycle time. Besides, the multi-machine the employee operated has a negative effect on the yield rate. Last, the product variety has a positive effect on the cycle time of the employee, but negative effect on the yield rate and inventory level.
