摘要 本研究運用了吸收產能、社會資本以及資源基礎觀點三個理論,首度檢視國內半導體產業發明人流動對其本身創新績效的影響。研究結果顯示,發明人流動到與本身有高度技術重疊的新公司、發明人流動到共同合作者任職之新公司,以及和共同合作者一起流入新公司,有助於提升發明人流動後創新績效。流動到我國新竹科學園區內的新創公司,則會損害發明人流動後創新績效。發明人從研究機構流入業界公司,並沒有顯著的證據支持發明人流動後的創新績效會因此受到影響。流動到技術較差的公司方面,不同於以往的認知,反而是會提升發明人的創新績效。整體而言,本研究為國內知識工作者流動對其本身績效的影響,提供了相關的實證證據。
Abstract This study used the absorption capacity, social capital and resource-based view of the three theoretical perspectives. We viewed the mobile of the domestic semiconductor industry, the inventor of its own innovation performance. The results show that the inventor to move to a high degree of technology overlap with their new company, to move to coworker of the new company office, and moved into the new company together with coworker, help to improve the innovation performance of inventors, after moving .Inventors move to entrepreneurial company in Hsinchu Science Park, will be damaged after the inventor of mobile innovation performance. Research institution’ inventors moved to the private enterprises, there is no significant evidence to support the move after the inventor's innovation performance will be affected. Move to the less technical aspects of the company is different from previous anticipation, but will improve the innovation performance of inventors. Overall, this study is the mobile of knowledge workers, the impact of their own performance and provide the relevant empirical evidence.
