桃園縣國民中學教師工作價值觀與教學效能關係之研究 摘 要 本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學教師工作價值觀與教學效能的現況,並分析國民中學教師工作價值觀與教學效能之間的相關性,以及教師工作價值觀對教學效能的預測力。本研究採問卷調查法,研究工具為「桃園縣國民中學教師工作價值觀與教學效能關係之調查問卷」。以桃園縣國民中學教師為母群體,有效樣本為665位國中教師。根據問卷得的資料,以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、典型相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。茲分述如下: 一、 桃園縣國民中學教師知覺工作價值觀的現況屬中上程度。 二、 桃園縣國民中學教師知覺教學效能的現況屬中上程度。 三、 服務21年以上、兼任主任之教師對教師工作價值觀的知覺有顯著差異。 四、 女性、服務21年以上、兼任主任之教師對教師教學效能的知覺有顯著差異。 五、 桃園縣國民中學教師工作價值觀與教學效能具有中度正相關。 六、 桃園縣國民中學教師工作價值觀各層面中以「發展創新」對整體教學效能最具預測效果。 根據以上研究結果提出具體建議,以供教育行政機關,學校、教師及未來研究者之參考。 關鍵字:工作價值觀、教學效能
A Study on Relationship between Teachers Perceived Work Value and Teaching Efficacy of Junior High Schools in Taoyuan County Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of teachers’work value and teaching Efficacy and the relationship between them. The methodology of the research applied literature review and questionnaires survey. The questionnaire was “Junior high school teachers’ work values and teaching efficacy questionnaire in Taoyuan County”. Eventually, 665 valid samples were produced by the target teachers from public junior high schools in Taoyuan County, Taiwan. The researcher analyzed the survey data by various statistical methods such as:t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation. Canonical correlation analysis and Multiple stepwise regression analysis. The research gets the following conclusions: 1. The junior high school teachers scored above average in work value. 2. The junior high school teachers scored above average in teaching efficacy. 3. The junior high school teachers’ with different background variable of years of service and duty significantly differ in work value. 4. The junior high school teachers’ with different background variable of gender, years of service and duty significantly differ in teaching efficacy. 5. There is significant correlation between teachers’ work value and teaching efficacy. 6. Among those work value factors,”the security and economy of the organization”can preict most total teaching efficacy.
