本論文中以N,N'-二-(4-吡啶)己二醯二胺(L)或4-胺基吡啶(4-apy)分別和4,4’-醚基二苯甲酸(H2OBA)與4,4’-磺醯基二苯甲酸(H2SDA)混合,利用中溫水熱法與鋅(II)、鎘(II)金屬鹽類反應,合成出六個新型配位聚合物,它們分別為:{[Zn(OBA)(L)] • 2H2O}∞ (1)、{[Zn(SDA)(L)] • 2H2O}∞ (2)、{[Cd(OBA)(L)] • 2H2O}∞ (3)、{[Cd(SDA)(L)] • H2O}∞ (4)、[Cd(OBA)(4-apy)2]∞ (5)、[Cd(OBA)(H2O)2]∞ (6)。以上化合物除了以單晶X-ray繞射儀來鑑定其單晶結構外,並利用粉末X-ray繞射分析、元素分析、熱重分析、紅外光光譜來研究化合物特性。化合物1與3為一維的螺旋孔洞,彼此間利用連鎖的方式形成1D→2D多聚連鎖糾纏結構。化合物2與5,結構皆為一維的鏈狀結構,化合物2利用O-H---O的氫鍵作用力形成二維的層狀結構,化合物5則是利用N-H---O的氫鍵作用力形成二維的層狀結構。化合物4之中心金屬為六配位些微扭曲的三角棱柱構型,其結構為一個具有2-節點(2,4)-連接(4)(4•85)的二維層狀拓譜結構,層狀結構間以平行的方式相互貫穿,形成一個2-fold交互貫穿的結構。化合物6為七配位扭曲的雙五角錐構型,結構可看出為一個3-節點(2,4)-連接(12)(12)(126)的三維網狀結構。
This thesis discusses the chemistry of zinc(II) and cadmium(II) complexes containing mixed ligands of N,N'-di(4-pyridyl)adipoamide (L), 4-aminopyridine (4-apy), 4,4’-oxybis(benzoic acid) (H2OBA) or 4,4’-sulfonyldibenzoic acid (H2SDA). The hydrothermal reactions of these four ligands with Zn(OAc)2, ZnBr2 and CdBr2 • 4H2O afforded six complexes {[Zn(OBA)(L)] • 2H2O}∞, (1), {[Zn(SDA)(L)] • 2H2O}∞, (2), {[Cd(OBA)(L)] • 2H2O}∞, (3), {[Cd(SDA)(L)] • H2O}∞, (4), [Cd(OBA)(4-apy)2]∞, (5), [Cd(OBA)(H2O)2]∞, (6). All complexes have been characterized by EA, IR, TGA and Powder X-ray diffraction and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. In complexes 1 and 3, the 1D helical channels are polycatenated to form 2D nets. The 1D looped chains of 2 are interlinked through O-H---O hydrogen bonds whereas the 1D linear chains of complexes 5 are interlinked through N-H---O hydrogen bonds to form 2D supramolecular structures. The Cd(II) ions of 4 are linked by the ligans to form 2D nets with a topology of (4)(4•85), which are 2-fold interpenetrated to form a 2D network. In complex 6, the cadmium(II) cations are linked by the ligans to form a 3D network with a topology of (12)(12)(12)6
