摘要

本文主要探討藥價調降政策對於藥費支出及診療費用的影響。本文使用台灣北區65家醫院當作研究樣本。本文的研究結果發現：藥價調整以後，醫院的藥費佔率增加，診療費佔率減少。

This study explores the impacts of drug price reduction policy on medicine expenditure and diagnosing and treating expense. This study uses 65 hospitals in the northern region in Taiwan as research sample. The results of this study show that drug price reduction policy increases the ratio of medicine expenditure, and decreases the ratio of diagnosing and treating expense.
