以平板式薄膜接觸器進行二氧化碳吸收之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討醇胺類吸收劑對二氧化碳去除率之影響和使用理論模擬預估二氧化碳吸收通量,研究方法乃利用薄膜材料、吸收劑、氣體體積流速及與液體體積流速進行實驗與理論研究。 研究以商業化PTFE薄膜來進行二氧化碳捕獲效能的實驗,並針對不同反應速率之醇胺吸收劑進行探討,選用二胺基二甲基丙醇(AMP),並添加無水二次乙亞胺(PZ)作為活化劑,發現二氧化碳的吸收通量皆會隨著氣體體積流速的上升而增加但不隨液體體積流速改變有明顯變化;去除率則會隨著氣體體積流速的上升而下降但也不隨液體體積流速改變有明顯變化,並以加入PZ活化後之AMP吸收劑因其與二氧化碳反應極快且負載量高,使得二氧化碳通量較未加入PZ之AMP吸收劑來的大。 由模擬結果可知於化學吸收時液相中二氧化碳於液相中分布範圍較窄,因所使用之醇胺類吸收劑對二氧化碳之反應速率快和負載量高,二氧化碳與液相接觸後隨即被反應掉,大部份之吸收劑皆無與二氧化碳反應而保持其捕獲能力。

This study aimed to explore the alcohol amine absorbents of carbon dioxide removal using the theoretical simulation of the impact and estimate the absorption of carbon dioxide flux, research methods is the use of membrane material, absorbent, gas and liquid volumetric flow rate of the experiment and theory research. This research use commercial PTFE membranes for carbon dioxide capture the performance of experiments, and for different reaction rates of the amine absorbent to explore the use diamino dimethyl-propanol (AMP) and PZ as the activator, the absorption of carbon dioxide fluxes are found to be increased as the gas volume flow rate increases but does not change with the liquid volume flow rate changes significantly; removal rate will rise as the gas volume flow rate of decline but not liquid volume flow rate changes with the obvious changes, and activation of AMP added PZ absorbent because of its fast reaction with carbon dioxide and the load is high, making the carbon dioxide flux better than the absorbent only with AMP. By the simulation results shows that the chemical absorption of carbon dioxide in the liquid when the liquid in the narrow range of distribution, due to the use of alcohol amine absorbers of carbon dioxide and load faster reaction rate high, so when the carbon dioxide immediately after contact with liquid was reacted, the majority of the absorbent reaction with carbon dioxide are not keeping their capture.
