教室室內綠色設計之補充修繕策略─以中原大學望樓工作室為例

摘要 近年來國際間提倡綠建築之風氣越發旺盛,然而在室內設計專業業務中,鮮少對舊有建築物以綠色設計為主之角度進行修繕改造。內政部建築研究所之現行室內環境設計指標提出以音環境、光環境、通風換氣與室內建材裝修等四部份為評估對象,己涵蓋大部份室內物理環境的指標,却未視節能為首要任務,也未正視許多室內設計對象為己存舊建築之改善。如何改善室內環境品質,降低有害環境對人體之影響,以及利用設計手法與綠建築結合,是室內設計的課題。校園建築數量龐大且多數老舊,在規劃當時並沒有綠建築概念之提倡,因此有許多空間並未達到基本建築物理之標準,再加上教室空間使用人數與頻率高,室內環境直接影響學生上課情形。尤其校園為公共空間,若改善完成後影響人數也較一般住家多,改善情形也可藉由校園開放讓民眾參觀使用,達到推廣理念之效用。本研究以校園教室為範圍,中原大學望樓工作室為例,分析發現教室室內環境尚有許多可改善之處,經文獻回顧,以室內設計可補充修繕之部分來探討改善空間環境品質之策略。探討之重點包括:一、整理業界綠建築之室內設計策略,並擴大室內環境綠色設計至建築物外殼及週邊庭院,提出對於教室「綠色設計」之可行項目。二、擴大定義室內環境之綠色設計應從更多人文性的友善綠色思想切入,提出友善教室空間之綠色設計綱要,以提供校園教室設計参考。三、選定中原大學設計學院望樓工作室為實際案例,檢視分析現有之問題及需補強設計之策略。四、以中原大學望樓工作室為實際案例,依據友善教室空間之綠色設計綱要,重新規劃望樓室內空間,模擬望樓使用策略後之結果,以提供給未來校舍進行綠色設計補強時的參考。希望校舍之室內環境品質在美觀與實用下,同時兼顧安全、共生生態、健康環境與綠色友善空間之設計原則。

Abstract Recently, there has been an increasing international trend of promoting green architecture; however, in the profession of interior design, rarely has there been renovation or reconstruction focused on the theme of green design. The Architecture and Building Research Institute of the MOI’s current interior design indicator is assessed based on four aspects such as sound environment, light environment, ventilation and interior building material. Although these have incorporated most of the interior physical environment indicators, energy conservation is nonetheless not considered a priority, nor do they place any emphasis on old buildings as the targets of interior design .How to improve the quality of the interior environment, reduce any harmful influences on the human body and combine design with green architecture are the challenges to be dealt with in interior design. The majority of the massive number of school buildings are old and did not incorporate the concept of green architecture during their design, therefore many of the spaces do not conform to the standard of basic architectural physics. Furthermore, due to the frequent usage of educational space by large numbers of students, the interior environment directly affects them during class. Since schools are public spaces, the number of people influenced after the completion of renovation will also be higher than conventional households, while the improvement situation may be shown to the public by opening the schools for visits, thereby accomplishing the goal of promoting such concept. The study’s scope is in the school classrooms, where the Wang Building Studio of CYCU is used as an example to illustrate that the class interior environment still has numerous potential improvements to be made. Through literature review, areas that may be renovated via interior design are used to discuss strategies for improving the spatial and environmental quality. The key points of discussion include: One: Compile green architecture design strategies adopted by the industry and expand the interior environment green design to the exterior and surrounding gardens of the building, as well as propose feasible aspects of green design for the classroom. Two: Expand the definition of interior environment green design so that it should be approached from a more humanistic and friendly green concept, while in turn proposing green design outlines for friendly classroom space that could be used as a reference for classroom designs. Three: Using the Wang Building Studio of CYCU as an example to analyze existing problems and the strategies needed to reinforce the design. Four: Using the Wang Building Studio of CYCU as example and the green design outlines for friendly classroom space, the re-planning of the interior space of Wang Building is simulated. The results obtained from the simulation will be provided as reference for future green design reinforcements of the school building. It is hoped that besides quality, aesthetics and the practicality of the classroom, safety, symbiotic ecology, a healthy environment and the principles of a green friendly spatial design may also be considered.
