陽壓呼吸機之工程技術分析

摘要


專利是保護智慧財產權,先進與有價值的工程技術皆會藉由申請專利而獲得保護,本論文在於執行陽壓呼吸機各相關關鍵技術專利查詢、研究與分析,建立專利地圖,以充分了解技術的特徵與迴避空間,突破專利技術門檻,強化專利能量及佈局,提升競爭優勢。並且深入了解各國技術現況及市場進入門檻。 本研究以陽壓呼吸機相關之關鍵字,進行專利檢索得到150篇陽壓呼吸機相關專利為研究標的,藉由系統化的專利技術分析模式,呈現陽壓呼吸機的專利地圖分佈,在工程技術分析方面歸類為功能方塊、專利保護型式與技術結構三大類進行分析與探討。在基本趨勢方面,陽壓呼吸機專利在1993年以後呈現大幅度的成長,其關鍵專利集中於少數專利權人,如ResMed、Respironics、FISHER & PAYKEL等相關公司中。其中以ResMed公司所占的150篇(43%)為最多。 目前陽壓呼吸機相關技術已然成熟,未來技術之發展應以新演算法的開發,新系統結構的整合、元件之電路應用以及產品縮小方便化為目標。

Patent is to protect intellectual property rights. Advanced and valuable engineering technique can also be protected through the patent application. This paper is focused on the CPAP related main technology patent search, experiment, analysis, and to create patent map. The purpose is to fully understand the technology characteristics and avoidance, breakthrough the patent technology threshold, strengthen patent energy and strategy, and increase competitive advantage. Besides, we can also deeply understand current technique barriers of many countries and markets. In this study, we use the “CPAP” related keywords, conduct the patent retrieval, which results in 150 articles related with CPAP as our study goal. Through the systematic patent technique analysis mode, the CPAP patent map distribution is shown. In engineering technique analysis, it is classified as three major classes, i.e. function block, patent protection type and technology structure, to be analyzed and discussed. In trend, CPAP patent has increased greatly since 1993, in which the key patents are focused on minority of patentee, for example: ResMed, Respironics, FISHER & PAYKEL, etc… related company. Among them, ResMed company which owns the most CPAP patents takes up to 43% of patents from the 150 articles. Currently, the CPAP related technology has been matured. In the future technique should focus on the new algorithm development, new system architecture integration, component circuit application and reduced size of product for convenient as the target.
