摘要 本研究主要在探討高職綜合職能科學生職業自我概念與職業成熟之相關,並分析不同背景變項對高職綜合職能科學生職業自我概念與職業成熟之差異情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法進行,以「高職綜合職能科學生職業自我概念與職業成熟關係之研究調查量表」為研究工具,針對100學年度就讀於公、私立高中職綜合職能科之學生為研究對象,共發出633份問卷,有效問卷回收548份,有效回收率86%。 本研究透過百分比、次數分配、平均數、標準差、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法分析討論。 本研究獲致以下結論: 一、整體而言,高職綜合職能科學生具有中等程度以上的職業自我概念 二、不同「年級」、「職場實習經驗」、「專業課程設計」、「同儕意向」及「教師期待」的綜合職能科學生,其職業自我概念皆有顯著差異 三、整體而言,高職綜合職能科學生具有中等程度的職業成熟 四、不同「職場實習經驗」及「教師期待」的綜合職能科學生,其職業成熟有顯著差異 五、高職綜合職能科學生自我概念與職業成熟呈現高程度正相關 六、高職綜合職能科學生職業自我概念能有效預測其職業成熟,其中以「職業興趣」最有助於預測職業成熟
Abstract The purpose of this research was to investigate the correlations between career self-concept and career maturity of the students in the department of special education and technological programs in vocational high school. The differences between a student's career self-concept and career maturity basing on dissimilar background variables have been analyzed. Questionnaires were conducted on this study to assess the relationship between professional commitment and teaching effectiveness of the students in the department of special education and technological programs in vocational high school. The population included the students in the department of special education and technological programs in vocational high schools in 2011 all over the country. 548 effective copies among the 633 questionnaires released with the valid recovery rate of 86%. Several main conclusions were discussed from the data analysis by means of the following nine statistic methods, including percentile, frequency, average, standard deviation, one sample t-test, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The main findings of the study were as followed: 一、Career self-concept scores of the students in the department of special education and technological programs in vocational high school in scale and subscales were all above the mean value. 二、There are significant differences of career self-concept for the students in the department of special education and technological programs in vocational high school in different ‘grades’, ‘vocational practice’, ‘professional class design’ and ‘teacher’s expectation.’ 三、Career maturity of the students in the department of special education and technological programs in vocational high school was above the mean value. 四、There are significant differences of career maturity in different ‘vocational practice’ and ‘teacher’s expectation’ of the students in the department of special education and technological programs in vocational high school. 五、High-positive correlation was showed between career self-concept and career maturity of the students in the department of special education and technological programs in vocational high school. 六、Career self-concept of the students in the department of special education and technological programs in vocational high school effectively predicted the career maturity, and career interests are most effective in predicting career maturity.
