摘要

蜜蜂不但與開花植物共同演化，也是主要的授粉者。若無蜜蜂，食物鏈將斷裂，大自然與人類備受威脅；全球主要的農作物中，有將近一半需要蜜蜂授粉，然而蜜蜂所受到的涼薄待遇卻鮮少受到注目。自2006年美國發生蜂群衰竭失調症（CCD），人們才開始急於探索蜂群遭遇的各種危機。

本創作以蜜蜂的消失為主題，藉以警醒讀者大自然漸損有多迫切，讓他們感受到此種危機對世界造成的影響。創作情節將以蜜蜂受到殺蟲劑影響而變成殭屍，表現出蜜蜂正常與否對於自然與人類的影響，期望觀眾關心蜜蜂們的命運。

Honeybees not only evolve with flowering plants but also pollinate lots of crops in the world. Honeybees are the most important pollinators in Nature. Without bees, food chains will break down and threaten Nature and human beings. However, the ill treatment on bees is neglected. Since CCD occurred in America in 2006, people have started to explore all kinds of threats on honeybees.
The subject of the picture book is bee losses so as to remind readers that our nature is in a great danger, and introduce what will happen if all honeybees disappear. The main idea is about zombees, which are transferred from normal honeybees harmed by pesticides, and illustrates how important normal honeybees are to the world. It also attempts to make readers understand that our destiny is closely related to precious pollinators on the same Earth.
