教育訓練對於各種產業都非常重要,如何有效且確實建立一套完整訓練方式,是面對產業升級的重要課題。近年來虛擬實境已廣泛應用於教育訓練環境上,與傳統的訓練方式相比,其優點是增加訓練效率、縮短訓練時間、提昇受訓者能力、並減少意外事故之發生。本研究以自製的產品為教材,並採用不同的教學呈現方式(1)紙本書面教學;(2)影片教學;(3)3D虛擬實境引導式教學來進行實驗比較,以探討受測者經過不同的教育訓練介面後,評估其在實際組裝作業過程的績效,以及主觀與客觀心智負荷程度。 研究結果顯示組裝作業完成時間以虛擬實境教學最佳;作業錯誤次數以虛擬實境教學與影片教學介面表現較佳;心率變異性(HRV)、膚電阻反應(GSR)及心搏率(HR)則以虛擬實境教學和影片教學介面所產生的心智負荷較紙本書面教學低;在NASA-TLX主觀評量上,則是3D虛擬實境及影片的學習效果較佳;系統越複雜所產生的壓力負荷感會越重。綜合評估本研究三種訓練方式,則以虛擬實境教學最優。在各種限制條件允許下,積極開發3D虛擬實境應用在教學訓練領域,以促使學習績效能增加,是未來提升學習品質不可或缺的工具。
Education training is very important for most businesses. How to setup a cost-effective and well prepared education training program is also significant for promoting industrial upgrading. Virtual Reality technique is widely applied in education training programs. Compared to traditional education training programs, it has the advantages of increasing training efficiency, shortening training time, promoting trainee’s ability and reducing the incidence of accident events. This study utilizes self-made products as the teaching material, and probes into the effects of three kinds of teaching methods (a written instruction, video teaching training method, and 3D virtual reality teaching method) to the subjects in the experiment. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the trainee’s operation efficiency, objective and subjective metal workload among different education training methods. The results of the study showed that operation completion time was fastest in 3D virtual reality teaching method. The numbers of operation error was lowest in both video teaching training method and 3D virtual reality teaching method. The mental workload of the subjects evaluated through heart rate variability (HRV), galvanic skin response (GSR) and heart rate (HR) were also lowest in both 3D virtual reality teaching method and video teaching training method. As for the NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX), 3D virtual reality teaching method and video teaching training method were better at the trainee’s learning efficiency. The more the complexity of the test material is, the more the mental workload pressure become. In summary, 3D virtual reality teaching method was a better choice for education training. The development of 3D virtual reality applications in education training is not only important for learning efficiency but also necessary for learning quality.
