近年來,在全球市場變化的趨勢中,企業在制定製造或服務策略時,需由個別獨立決策延伸到協同合作。特別是擁有眾多光電、電子及其零組件加工產業的台灣,為了迎合消費性創新電子產品的特性:毛利縮減、產品生命週期短、需面對國際貨幣匯率的快速變動並同時顧及顧客服務水準,業界必須正視其產業的供應鏈管理,反應迅速、準確的存貨管理絕對是重要的關鍵。在每一環節的決策過程中,存貨管理對產業淨收益、顧客服務水準及整體供應鏈系統效率有顯著的影響。 本研究考量訂價策略與雙倉存貨模式及資金限制的情況下,針對具有短生命週期與產品特性多變的消費性創新電子產品,提出一套完善的供應鏈存貨模式。本研究考量最小化總成本問題,包含五種不同的成本項,如;訂購成本、購買成本、運輸成本、持有成本及外租倉庫成本。此類型的題目為混合型整數規劃問題並透過數學軟體Lingo求解此複雜的存貨問題,最後提出相關的數值分析與敏感度分析。
In recent years, due to increasing raw material price and competition, innovative products have decreasing profit margins; therefore, enterprises need to minimize their costs in order to increase their competitiveness. Inventory management has a significant effect on the overall cost, the service level, the competitiveness and the whole efficiency/effectiveness of a supply chain. Moreover, the consumer electronics and innovative products with short-life cycle and variable demand rates have resulted in uncertain pricing and demands. This phenomenal has received considerable attention in photoelectric and electronics industry in Taiwan. The objective of this research focuses on the consumer electronic innovative products. We propose a comprehensive supply chain inventory model considering pricing strategy, two warehouse inventory and budget limitation. The inventory problem considers five different costs, including ordering costs, procurement costs, transportation costs, holding costs, and the cost of rented warehouse. The inventory problem is constructed using Mixed Integer Programming Model (MIP). Lingo software is used to solve the problem. Numerical examples and sensitivity analysis are also given to illustrate the theory.
