網路收費機制之研究

隨著時代的趨勢，網路上購物的人越來越多，但是如果要在網路上購物，還必須進入賣家的網頁下訂單，進而使用銀行轉帳、超商儲值、線上刷卡…等方法，做到付費的動作，其中銀行轉帳和線上刷卡還必需透過IC晶片讀卡機，才能購買東西，非常不方便。隨著時代的進步，擁有手機的人也跟著增加，也因為人與人之間時常需要保持連繫，並且有隨身攜帶手機的必要性，因此可以說手機是現在的社會中不可或缺的物品，由於智慧型手機日趨普遍，所以手機不是只用於通話，還可以用手機上網瀏覽與購物。現在是個地球村的時代，如果因地區性交易方式而受限的話，必定會流失許多商機；因此本論文研究主題在針對智慧型手機上，比較廣受人知的付費平台，像是PayPal、Android的In-App Billing和iPhone的In-App Purchase為研究主題，並利用Android和iOS兩個手機作業系統開發應用程式，並整合PayPal、Android的In-App Billing和iPhone的In-App Purchase的付費平台至Android手機和iPhone手機，進行實際付費應用程式的開發。

As time goes on, there are more and more people shopping online. However, it is very inconvenient that shoppers have to link to sellers’ website to buy things and pay via online credit card, bank transfer, or a recharge card of convenient stores, especially paying via bank transfer or online credit card by ATM card reader. With technology changing, there are more and more people having cell phones because people need to keep contact with each other very often. Therefore, a cell phone becomes a necessary thing in daily life. Due to the prevalence of having a smart phone, people can use it not only to contact with others, but also to surf online and shop online. It is a global village now. If the method of payment is restricted in specific areas, sellers will lose many business opportunities. For that reason, this study focuses on the well-known payment platforms, such as In-App Billing of the PayPal or Android and In-App purchase of the iPhone, as the research topic in this paper. I also develop new software by utilizing Android and iOS system and integrate those payment platforms to the Android and iPhone smart phones to develop software in payment.
