近年來隨著資訊科技的發達，企業紛紛將內部資料進行電子化，進行資料整合、歸類，藉以增加文件搜尋、使用及建檔的流暢性。現今企業為了提升企業本身的競爭力，產品的品質控管即成了企業的重要條件，藉以增加市場競爭力。ISO9000:2008文件管制流程管理便因此產生，其可增加企業內部對於品質、管理的成效，並可將工作規劃建立出一個具備生產競爭力並可有效的管理的流程。
在這科技發達的年代，隨著資訊的爆發以及交通發達的變化，企業紛紛朝著全球化的方向邁進，以往的國內為主的策略，紛紛轉向了全球市場的邁進。因此，企業為了提升整體效能，電子商務協同合作平台即成了企業所需具備的工具，藉以提升各個部門、廠區之間的互動，以達到增加工作效率的要求。
本研究係以ISO 9000:2008 文件管制管理以SharePoint導入電子化系統為工具，藉著SharePoint商務協同合作平台與ISO900:2008文件管制流程管理的結合，既可達到部門之間彼此互動的提升、產品品質的控管以及工作流程的自動化。如此，則可將傳統形式上的文件紙本傳遞，藉由流程的自動化，節省文件傳遞的時間，以達到提升工作效能的目的。

Abstract
Business is going to process internal data arrangement and categorization in electronic system for increasing well procedure of document searching, using and filing. Product qualitity control is a key element of improving market competition that is business act accordingly.And ISO9000:2008 doc. procedure was published in 2008 to identify the processes necessary for the effective implementation of the quality and management building available process with more competitive in production.
Business is getting foucus on global development under advance technology gereration except to internal demands.E-business cooperation platform is becoming necessary implement for improving intertaction between each department and plant and increasing work efficiency.
The research is subject on implementing ISO 9000 document control into electronic procedure through SharePoint software with real example to build up quality management prodedure and integration to achieve reasonability, standardization, and E-management under ISO 9001: 2008 standard. The papers checking porcess of ISO 9001:2008 can be verified by electronic procedure to short handling time for improving working efficiency.
