油浸式變壓器套管損耗因數模擬之研究

摘要


油浸式套管(Oil Impregnated Bushing)是油浸式變壓器中不可或缺的一個元件,它是由絕緣的油浸式紙(Oil Impregnated Paper, OIP)、礦物油與瓷套所組成。本論文首先介紹套管的構造,繼而說明套管因受到外界影響而造成的損壞,也描述了用來量測套管損耗係數的方法。 本研究的主要內容為建構出油浸式變壓器套管的模型,及計算不同頻率下絕緣油和油浸式紙的相對介電常數,以模擬油浸式套管在不同情形下的損耗係數〖(tan〗⁡〖δ)〗與頻率(f)的關係。所進行的模擬包括了在不同溫度、濕度和雷擊後,損耗係數在不同頻率下的變化。 由於損耗係數可作為評估油浸式變壓器套管是否老化或損壞的指標,因此,本論文針對變壓器損耗係數的研究成果,對於了解損耗係數與其他外在環境(溫度、濕度及雷擊…等)的關係,並進而用於開發評估油浸式變壓器套管應否進行維護或更換的工具,提供了良好的基礎。

Oil-immersed bushing is an indispensable element in an oil-immersed transformer. It consists of oil-immersed paper, mineral oil and porcelain.
