本文以三種動平衡方法,僅量相角、量測旋振向量及僅量振幅來探討兩點動平衡與三點動平衡方法,因平衡檢測對於旋轉機械的產品佔有相當重要地位,隨著光電產業諸如硬碟及光碟機轉速及定位精密度要求嚴苛之下,檢測應用的頻率及檢測精密等級隨之提高,亦促進動平衡技術的發展。因此,本文以NI美商國家儀器的LabVIEW軟體建立軟式平衡機的人機介面,並介紹傳統三點式動平衡方法與兩點式動平衡之比較。文中介紹軟式動平衡原理、訊號擷取、訊號監測及訊號處理方法。 本研究室對於多平面不平衡分離方法之中的基本問題,如僅量相角、僅量振幅及量測旋振向量到探討非對稱轉子、引擎曲軸的實務問題,以及提升精度的方法或先行優化動平衡面位置的學理探討均深入研究得到成果。
In this paper, use three kinds of balancing methods which includes Balance with phase measure only, Balance with rotary vibration vector and Balance with amplitude measure only to discuss three point and two point mass balance. Because dynamic balancer is an import instrument for the balancing test of rotating machinery. In order to satisfy the higher rotating and positioning accuracy required in the produces such as hard disk driver, CD driver, the development of a high performance dynamic balancer is obvious necessary. Therefore, this paper established the soft of balancing systems development using NI LabVIEW software create soft balancing operations man-machine interface, and compare traditional three point and two point mass balance. This paper describes, the soft of balancing machines and signal acquisition, signal monitoring and signal processing methods.
