過去研究顯示公司規模,影響公司辨識機會採取行動(Spithoven, Vanhaverbeke and Roijakkers, 2013),是故本研究以兩家規模不同的廠商,作為深度個案訪談,探究創業家機會辨識歷程,試圖比較規模不同的廠商在機會辨識前後的行為。本研究發現在機會辨識歷程中:(1)廠商進行機會辨識行動,是依據其所擁有的資源與創業警覺性配適後的結果、(2)不同規模的廠商進行機會辨識行動的目的不同,使得其對市場的詮釋不同、(3)資源與機會辨識行動間存在互動關係、(4)創業警覺性是創業家的資訊處理能力,以洞察市場,進行機會辨識行動、(5)資源可提供影響創業警覺性所需的資訊。
Past studies have shown that firm sizes, affect the firms recognize opportunities to take action(Spithoven, Vanhaverbeke and Roijakkers, 2013). In order to figure out if firm size affects behavior of opportunity recognition, in this study, two different sizes of firms are adopted as the case study to explore entrepreneurial opportunity recognition process. The result shows that(1)actions of opportunity recognition are derive from fitness between resources and entrepreneurial alertness.(2)interpretation of markets varies with motivation of different sizes of firms’ action of opportunity recognition.(3)resources interact with action of opportunity recognition.(4)entrepreneurial alertness which represents entrepreneurs’ information processing capabilities assists entrepreneurs to recognize opportunities and take actions.(5)resources provide information which affect entrepreneurial alertness.
