大學生參與數位學伴計畫對其共通職能之研究─以C大學為例

摘要


教育部為了提昇教學品質,推動資訊科技結合教學模式來達到學習者效果,然而偏遠地區城鄉差距甚大,以及弱勢族群學習資源不足,教育部推動「數位學伴線上課業輔導服務計畫」,讓大學伴以同步視訊來輔導偏遠地區國民中小學伴,透過資訊科技特性來協助中小學伴學習技能,進一步讓數位學習落差減少並提昇學習成效。 本研究宗旨在探討大學伴任教「數位學伴線上課業輔導服務計畫」之課輔教學經驗,研究大學伴本身之核心能力成長是否有提昇,並讓大學伴之專業能力精進,透過線上教學輔導來獲得自信心及專業經驗。本研究採用質性研究及量化分析,以任職中原大學103年度「數位學伴線上課業輔導服務計畫」課業輔導教學端之大學伴為研究對象,研究者運用需求訪談、問卷調查、現場觀察及交集互動方式來進行資料蒐集分析,以進一步瞭解大學伴成長之核心價值。 實驗方式是以單組前測-後測之實際方法對127位大學伴進行施測,經過前後八週活動,排除掉無效樣本,最後剩108位大學伴進行分析。透過成對樣本ANOVA來檢視大學伴,經過活動後其各構面之專業職能是否有受到影響。研究結果發現透過課程活動之前測-後測結果在四個構面中呈現如下: 一、「數位學伴計畫」活動四個構面中,就大學伴之社交活動及同理心熱誠能力而言,女生比男生更具影響力。 二、「數位學伴計畫」活動四個構面中,就大學伴之問題解決能力而言,男生比女生更具影響力。 三、整體大學伴在四個構面之分組比較,其前測與後測之結果有明顯差異,而且低、中分組之大學伴人數有往中、高分組方向移動之趨勢。

The Ministry of Education in order to improve teaching quality, the promotion of information technology with the teaching model to achieve learner effect, however, is very large urban-rural gap in remote areas, and lack of learning resources disadvantaged groups, the Ministry of Education to promote the "digital learning with online tutoring service plan". Allowing universities to counseling with a synchronized video with national primary and secondary schools in remote areas, through information technology features to assist primary and secondary schools with learning skills, further reducing the gap to make digital learning and improve learning. This study aims to explore the university to teach classes with the "digital learning with online tutoring service plan" secondary teaching experience, research university with the core itself has been raised whether the ability to grow, and let the professional capacities of universities with the sophisticated.Through online tutoring to get confidence and expertise. This study used qualitative research and quantitative analysis, in order to serve the end of 103 years of university teaching "digital learning with online tutoring service plan" Chung Yuan Christian University with academic counseling for the study.Researchers use demand interviews, questionnaires, field observations and the intersection of interactive approach to data collection analysis to further understand the core values associated with the growth of the university. Experimental approach is based on a single group pretest - posttest of the actual method of 127 universities with progressive Surveying, after eight weeks before and after events, exclude invalid sample, the last remaining 108 universities with analysis. Through paired sample ANOVA to view university partners,After the activities of its various facets of professional functions if there is affected. The results found that through the course of their activities pretest - posttest results are presented in four facets: 1.The "Several partners are planning" activities of the four dimensions, the university will be accompanied by social activities and empathy enthusiasm in terms of capacity, more influential women than men. 2.The "Several partners are planning" activities of the four dimensions, the issues associated with the University of solving ability, men more influential than women. 3.The whole university with a packet of four facets of comparison, the results of the previous test and post-test have significant differences, and low, with the number of packets of all university to the high packet direction.
