恩典與榮耀：中華基督教內地會(海外基督使團OMF)來台六十年研究
Grace and Glory: A Case Study of OMF in Taiwan Since 1951
摘要
1865年由英國人戴德生(James Hudson Taylor, 1832-1905)創辦「中國內地會」(CIM)，至今已經148年，自1950年國共戰後，內地會來台灣的宣教士有六十年之久，台灣到處都充滿宣教士對華人社會的貢獻與付出，尤其宣教士們對上帝全然的信任、委身的事奉，並倚靠上帝能力與恩典，這樣的生命故事，見證了上帝奇妙的榮耀。 本文就1951年國共戰後，內地會面臨許多環境變化，宣教士從原本的一千多位，剩下不到72位的宣教士，內地會重新審視組織瓦解或是重整據點方向，最後，內地會仍秉持福音需要進入東亞的精神，來到亞洲工場之一的台灣。筆者研究這些宣教士進入台灣宣教的精神，逐一將他們在台灣所做的社會關懷福音事工，用文字記錄下來，成為對宣教士傳承福音的另一動力，也將整個內地會從1950年到2013年作一個較完整的歷史介紹。 特別是台灣從一個受差派宣教士的國家，發展到台灣可以差派宣教士到國外宣教，這對整個台灣教會與信仰的體係而言，無異是宣教的轉化成熟，透過過去這些宣教士的付出與福音傳揚，台灣的宣教歷史上，才能夠向前邁進一步，內地會在台灣的宣教的歷程，確實幫助許多台灣人接受耶穌基督，也使台灣這片地土看見神的恩典與榮耀。

"China Inland Mission" (CIM) had been established from Hudson Taylor (James Hudson Taylor, 1832-1905) for one hundred and forty eight years since1865. And OMF missionaries (The CIM afterwards transfer name as OMF in 1965, located in Singapore) came to Taiwan here will be over sixty years after Chinese Civil War in 1950, while these missionaries here give great assistance to Taiwan charities and evangelized gospel to Taiwanese. We could see they have great faith in God and devoted themselves completely. Those who witness God’s grace and glory are these missionaries here. After Chinese Civil War in 1951, All Missionaries had to withdraw China field and meanwhile OMF international headquarter had to review many challenges as the changeable circumstance, to vary their vision and mission. At this time, some missionaries leave OMF and start to back their home country, some choose to go other countries continue their preaching in East Asia, and some based on Taiwan as their mission field. This thesis will put emphasis on OMF missionaries in Taiwan for what they have done from 1950-2013. At this point , I insist on trying to keep tracks of all their contributions toward to Taiwanese as a record. And I found Taiwan’s Christians had been transferred into much mature followed by years. And now OMF Taiwan home could start to send out missionaries to other countries for mission. Taiwan is not only need missionaries here, but could sending missionaries out. We do appreciate much for those missionaries here do a lot of God’s Work to witness his Glory and lead Taiwanese to go ahead of understanding the wills of God.
