隨著人工照明的普及,以及生活型態的改變,在一般人待在室內的時間已高達八九成的今天,人工照明的光刺激對現代人的生心理影響已成為不得不重視的課題之一。一個適合工作或學習的照明環境,究竟該具備什麼樣的條件,一直是長久以來許多學者關心的方向。 由於目前關於色溫度與心理評價的研究,多有不夠貼近真實現況的弱點存在,因此,本研究將以貼近真實現況的實驗設定,重新探討在不同色溫度的照明環境,是否會對使用者長時間工作前、中、後的心理評價產生影響。本研究針對使用者在均勻照度780lx及不均勻照度分布下平均照度150lx,搭配出五種的照明環境,對受測者進行視覺作業及閱讀行為時各時間點的主觀評價做了基礎性的探討。研究結果顯示(1).本研究實驗的五種照明環境,受測者主觀評價主要是受到「時間因子」的影響,「色溫度因子」則較不明顯。(2).均勻照度780lx-3000K及不均勻照度150lx-6500K的照明環境的照明環境會讓使用者有放鬆心情的效果。 (3).均勻照度780lx-6500K的照明環境下,對於灰階圖型的辨識率是最高的。(4).受測者在長時間的視覺作業行為中,如排除色溫度因子的影響,均勻且照度780lx的照明環境會讓受測者整體感受為較快適的照明環境。
With the prevalence of artificial lighting and the change of life style, most people spend 80% to 90% of their time staying indoors, the stimulus of artificial lighting brings modern people physiological and psychological effects which have been becoming one of the most important issues. Scholars have been long concerned about the conditions to supply a suitable working and learning environment with appropriate lighting. Since the recent studies of color temperature and psychological evaluation has some flaws which hardly match practical situation, this research will, on the contrary, be set with a real situation – under different color temperatures, what effects will they cause long-time workers early, middle, and late psychological evaluation? This research aims to find out the subject evaluation by basically studying the testers’ visual and reading behaviors, under 7801x, 150 lx illumination, and five-color-temperature condition. The results of this study show that,(1) in those five color temperature conditions, people’s sensation of comfort and glare, tension, stress degree, tiredness and the entire satisfaction degree are not significantly affected by the color temperature but the time. (2) Under 780 lx-3000K and 1501x – 6500K, testers feel relaxed and comfortable. (3) Under 7801x – 6500K, people’s recognition rate of gray pattern in five lighting conditions is the highest. (4) Illumination level 7801x can make testers more comfortable when they have engaged in visual activities for long, except for the effects of color temperature.
