再削銳與砂輪動平衡之狀態監測及診斷

Condition Monitoring and Diagnosis for Re-dressing and Dynamic Balancing of Grinding Wheel

摘要


本文研究統計製程管制圖運用在平面磨床以加速度信號判斷砂輪動平衡檢測及砂輪再削銳時機之可行性。平面磨床研磨加工前,砂輪需先進行動平衡校正,由主軸頭擷取之加速度信號,配合光纖感測器所測得之脈衝信號,計算不平衡量位置,找出其加重點位置,當砂輪振動量達到限定範圍內時,才可進行研磨加工,研磨加工物件時,砂輪逐漸磨耗,當連續研磨加工時,砂輪表面由正常、堵塞、脫落以致於鈍化,為了檢測出砂輪狀態,掌握其再削銳時機,擷取主軸頭之加速度信號,以時間序列統計參數分析,萃取砂輪狀態之統計特徵參數,再將其統計特徵參數帶入統計製程管制,以管制圖監控統計特徵參數是否超差,當超差開始發生時作為砂輪再削銳時機。 最後以LabVIEW軟體撰寫虛擬儀器系統、人機介面操作模組、信號採集及信號分析模組,以NI 9174模組進行硬體設定,且透過LabVIEW軟體整合於動平衡及砂輪再削銳監控系統建置於平面磨床主軸上,量測平面磨床之加工信號作時間序列分析萃取砂輪運轉及研磨過程狀態及機台加工統計特徵參數,將砂輪研磨品質狀態,以統計製程管制圖,圖形化顯示於人機介面,作研磨加工過程之即時監控及砂輪表面狀態之診斷。

In this paper, the use of statistical process control charts in the surface grinding wheel acceleration signal to determine the wheel balancing test and the feasibility of the wheel redressing. Before the grinding, grinding wheel balancing must be corrected. Captured by the spindle head acceleration signal, measured with the fiber optic sensor pulse signal to calculate the amount of unbalance position, and find out the plus key position,Only when the wheel vibration reached within the limits, you can perform grinding. Objects grinding, grinding wheel slowly being worn, when continuous grinding, the grinding wheel surface from normal, congestion, loss, leading to passivation, in order to detect the status and control wheel again cut sharp timing, need to capture the acceleration of the spindle head signal, using time series analysis of statistical parameters, extraction wheel state statistical characteristic parameter, then the statistical characteristic parameters into the statistical process control to monitor statistical control chart parameters are ultra-poor or not, when the ultra-poor occurs as timing the wheel redressing. Finally, write LabVIEW software virtual instrument system, man-machine interface operation module, signal acquisition and signal analysis modules to NI 9174 module for hardware configuration. Using LabVIEW software integration in wheel balancing and re-cut sharp monitoring system built on the spindle surface grinder, grinding measured signal as a time series of processing, analyzing and extracting wheel during grinding operation state machine processing and statistical parameters, the grinding wheel grinding quality state to statistical process control to graphically display on the front panel, as the grinding wheel during the real-time monitoring and surface state of the diagnosis.
