LCD機構設計與自動化模具設計之整合流程

摘要


本研究利用CAD軟體Pro/ENGINEER視窗瀏覽器,開發一套LCD螢幕機構設計與自動化模具設計之整合引導流程,使用者可以經由引導系統介面,透過標準化流程的步驟來指引設計的進行;此引導流程導入由上而下(Top-down Design)的設計概念,將工業設計的圖檔資訊拆解成初步模型,再以骨架檔(Skeleton)針對LCD前框、後殼,規劃內部機構位置,並在相關位置上建立參考特徵;利用客製化特徵庫多樣性的機構選擇,使用者能快速建立具參數化之機構件特徵,並藉由歷史知識庫的儲存,提供後續設計者之相關設計資訊;此外,透過機構設計之參照,與自動化模具設計整合,達到自動化機構分模面之建立;使用本研究所開發之標準化及自動化引導流程,能節省近一半的設計時間,有效提升整體開發之效率。

This study focuses on integrating Navigating Process for Mechanism Design and Automatic Mold Design of LCD monitor by CAD software Pro/ENGINEER browsers. Users can use the interface of the navigating system through the standard process and steps to work on the design. This study presents the top-down concept for the mechanical design of LCD monitor. Users follow the navigating steps to divide the industrial design files into a preliminary model and then build up the skeleton file for LCD front bezel and back cover in order to plan the locations of internal mechanism and create the reference features. Using customized feature database which provides multiple mechanism choices, users can quickly create parameter mechanism features. The information used will be recorded in the history database as reference resources for the follow-up designs; Moreover, through the reference of the mechanism design integrated automatic mold design to create automation of mechanism parting surfaces. The standard and automatic navigating process in this study can save nearly half of the design time, enhances the efficiency greatly.
