靜動載樁載重試驗的價值工程特性研究

摘要


靜動載重試驗為近十年所發展的新興現地試驗法,目前國內已有數十件案例,採用靜動載重試驗取代傳統樁載重試驗,且針對試驗結果進行分析,發現和靜載重試驗相較之下,可有效的縮短試驗時間,取得了很好的經濟效益。而和動力試樁法比較下,動力試樁法振動頻率比樁本身的自然頻率大,會造成樁身斷裂的危險,而靜動載重試驗的振動頻率小於樁的自然頻率,樁不會造成損傷。因此,靜動載重試驗為一良好的試驗。 為有效評估靜動載重試驗法的優勢,本研究除簡介靜載重試驗、靜動載重試驗與動力載重試驗等,三種試驗法的基本原理、試驗步驟與施工特性外,並針對靜動載重與靜載重試驗法,藉由北投區大業路某商業大樓與新店寶橋路案例,進行試驗分析及成本分析,藉以評估該工法之優勢。

The “Statnamic Pile Load Test” Method has been well developed for over twenty year. Number of cases has applied this method in Taiwan since 2000. To evaluate the efficiency of this method for typical project, this study therefore; established for more understandings the sign significance of this method. Since the uplift piles are not used in this method, and the related cost is relatively low to the static pile load test. In this study, two cases were used for comparison and evaluation purposes. One is resulted for non-failure pile, and however another case is one of failed testing pile. Through this study, the significant advantages for using Statnamic Pile Loading Test are concluded. And the valuable engineering analyst was also done for its advantages.
